A: Yes it can and it works flawlessly on a ps4..... I did my buddies ps4 pro and it went from a screaming jet down to silent after putting on the new paste and cleaning the fans....hasn't screamed or overheated sense

A: The Insignia thermal paste was sold in store, and was easily picked up. I found an associate to show me where to find the paste, and it turned out to be by the memory and cooling fan section. Basically in the computer accessories area. It worked well, and did the job for my computer! Good luck!

A: CPU it goes on the back of ur cpu but be very carefully. n don't use to much .were gloves and a static electricity band around ur wrist . be very carefully to not bend the pins on the other side just apply the past on back side and re insert
