To prepare for installation, clear a path from the street to the kitchen wide enough to accommodate the over-the-range microwave. Make sure someone 18 or older is present at the appointment time.
We'll unplug the unit from the electrical outlet and disconnect it from ductwork and cabinetry.
We’ll use the manufacturer-supplied hardware to mount the microwave. Then, we’ll connect it to your existing utilities.
We’ll clean up and recycle all packaging and make sure your new microwave is functioning properly. Finally, we’ll answer any questions you may have and let you know how to contact us for future support.
When you purchase a qualifying over-the-range microwave from Best Buy, we’ll haul away and recycle or relocate your old one for you (not included).
Additional charges may apply for permits required by your municipality, cabinet or counter modifications, and utilities like valves or outlets which are non-functional or not-up-to code. Relocation does not include reconnection.
