Customers value the Refrigerator Install to Existing or No Water (Ready To Use) for its overall performance and quick installation. Many appreciate the appropriate size and large capacity, as well as the successful water line connection and leak prevention. However, some customers have reported issues with door alignment and leveling. Additionally, a few have noted concerns about the noise level and the absence of an ice maker.
To prepare for installation, clear a path from the street to the kitchen wide enough to accommodate the refrigerator. Make sure someone 18 or older is present at the appointment time.
We’ll disconnect the existing refrigerator from the electrical system and water.
We'll attach the manufacturer-supplied hardware and handles to the refrigerator. Then, we'll connect it to existing utilities using a new water kit (sold separately, automatically added at checkout).
We’ll clean up and recycle all packaging and make sure your new refrigerator is functioning properly. Finally, we’ll answer any questions you may have and let you know how to contact us for future support.
When you purchase a qualifying refrigerator from Best Buy, we’ll haul away and recycle or relocate your old one for you (not included).
Additional charges may apply for permits required by your municipality, cabinet or counter modifications, and utilities like valves or outlets which are non-functional or not-up-to code. Relocation does not include reconnection.
If you need to change your appointment date after you've scheduled your service, call 1-888-BEST BUY (1-800-433-5778) to reschedule.
