Do you add chlorine during season and can you keep up for winter? Should we add shock off season?
Answered by Intex Consumer SupportAll swimming pools require chemicals to keep water clean and healthy. We recommend you take a sample of your pool water and get it tested at a local pool supply store for information on water treatment. Do not leave the pool outside during winter if the temperature gets below 32° Fahrenheit/0° Celsius. The cold temperature will cause the liner to freeze (become brittle) and it can crack. For more information please contact the Service Center at 1-800-234-6839.
