Q: Speaker not charging what could be the problem
A: The Acadia speaker requires a 5V, 2A charging block to receive sufficient power for charging. Please double-check your USB power adapter to ensure it meets this requirement. Charging blocks rated at 1A may not provide enough power to properly charge the device. If you have confirmed that your power adapter meets the necessary specifications and the issue persists, please reach out to ION Audio for support.
Q: Can you connect or pair more than 1 microphone to the speaker?
A: The Ion Acadia does not feature a microphone input. It does feature an Aux input, but that would not work with a traditional microphone.
Q: Does this speaker stay awake if there is no sound for a length of time?
A: The Acadia will shut down after 20 consecutive minutes with no bluetooth or audio signal.
