Bought 2..They look great. one works perfectly. the other one is sparodic. I don't understand you would make a soap dispenser that sits on a sink and then say warranty is void if it has water damage!

Love the automatic soap dispenser, had to get used to the smaller amount that it gives out, but it is sufficient. And easy to refill!

Pretty large overall as far as the design goes. It almost looked industrial. Returned it for aesthetic reasons.

Last for a bit, but then stopped working. Would not recommend. There are other brands out there that last longer. Out of the blue there was this weird reddish goo that came out, I think something inside just randomly rotted or something.

worked for a short time, then liquid soap leaked into the battery area. it stopped working and made a real mess. Best Buy took it back with no problem.

I have 3 and have to say they are great quality ,price right and they stay sealed so water cannot damage the batteries,usually more expensive other brands rust out from this happening.

it certainly looks very nice in the kitchen, but sometimes it does not respond and you have to play with the sponge longer than necessary to get a drop of soap.
