The product is ok depending on weight. My Samsung G7 monitors should have been fine. The arm supports the weight but where the monitor tilts up/down the tension isn't enough to prevent the monitor from slowly tilting down. Not sure if it's a defect but I'll likely have to look for another arm.

They hold my monitors. I have a 34" ultra wide and a heavy old 32". Both are curved 1440p gaming monitors. They work as advertised. Reason for two stars is the cable management covers are almost impossible to get off without breaking. And the top and bottom sections use two different attachment methods to pull the covers off. And theres no mention of this that i saw in the manual. 2 out of my 4 cable management covers broke because the tolerences are so tight that its impossible to pull them off gently. Also the plastic that the covers are made out of is very poor quality. . So i cant even use that part of the item any more.

Got it home, drilled the hole for the grommet mount, unwrapped the arms, the cord holders wouldn’t come off easy, ended up breaking the tabs. Then went to mount the monitors, and the holes were drilled completely wrong.

Would not recommend these, I have 2 32 inch monitors and they barely can fit on these at all. And the weight capacity is clearly VERY low as they tend to slide during the day. I would recommend spending money elsewhere because these are weak

The Ergonomic Dual Monitor Mount is designed to support monitors up to 32 inches per arm, as long as each monitor stays within the listed weight range and uses a compatible VESA mount. If the monitors are near the upper size or weight limit, additional arm tension adjustment is often required to help prevent drifting or movement throughout the day. <img src="https://s3.amazonaws.com/stratos-logos/logos/j5create.jpg" alt="j5create" title="j5create" style="display: block !important; margin-top: 2em !important; border: 1px solid #ccc !important; padding: 2px !important; background-color: white !important;" />

It works but it’s just that. If ya want it to hold it just right it wants to sag.

My monitors are within the weight limits for these arms, and yet still, the base gave out and started tilting, moving, and wearing out. I would not recommend unless each monitor is small and the two monitors together weigh half as much as the maximum weight recommendation of these arms.

If using the C-clamp mount, verify that it is tightly fastened and that your desk surface is thick and sturdy enough to support the mount.
If using the grommet mount, make sure the hole is the right size and that the bolt is properly tightened.
The gas spring arms require adjustment to match the weight of your monitors. If they aren’t holding properly, use the included hex key to increase the tension if the arms are sagging.
Check all connection points, including the base, and tighten any that are loose.

I thought this would work with my 2 curved monitors, instead the bezels were off and the monitors sat unnaturally high off my desk.

Pretty hard to set up. The object that attaches to the monitor came slanted and had to dissemble it and fix it. It is still slightly slanted.

I have an asus 28 and aw 24 and bow lean and and crooked on this stand. As well cant adjust the monitors clockwise nor counter which is what woulf fix the leaning. Height adjustment is low as well. Sucks to me but i use everyday

The JTSA102 supports monitors up to 32″ and 8 kg (17.6 lb) each. If your Asus 28″ and AW 24″ monitors are close to or heavier than that limit, the arms might struggle to balance correctly.
Even with the 360 rotation and tilt capability, sometimes the joint tension needs adjusting so the monitor doesn’t angle or lean. You may need to loosen/tighten the pivot bolts and ensure each arm is balanced individually.
The height range is determined by the gas-spring and mounting clamp/grommet combination. If you hit a max height that’s still too low, it may be due to how the clamp is mounted (desk thickness) or the mounting pole’s length.

[Employee of bestbuy] did not fit my monitors, if you dont have a lot of desk space it will be very frustrating to get them in a good position, but if you have a lot of space they might work for you, the mount is very sturdy besides the personal issues i incounterd

Ensure that your monitors are VESA compliant, as most monitor mounts rely on VESA standards for compatibility. The VESA mounting hole pattern on the back of your monitors should match the pattern supported by the mount. If desk space is limited, you may need to experiment with different configurations to find the best setup that accommodates both the mount and your monitors. <img src="https://s3.amazonaws.com/stratos-logos/logos/j5create.jpg" alt="j5create" title="j5create" style="display: block !important; margin-top: 2em !important; border: 1px solid #ccc !important; padding: 2px !important; background-color: white !important;" />

Returned unfortunately, the range of use is pretty limited. The base doesnt seem stable enough and im not a fan of the clamp system. The instructions were pretty vague for install, and for the price, I wouldnt recommend.
