Pros: • Strong build quality • Holds smaller monitors very well • Allows good positioning and angles • Improves desk setup and ergonomics Cons: • Cable management covers are difficult to remove • Requires heavy tightening for heavier monitors Review: Overall, this is a good monitor arm that does its job well, but it does have a couple of drawbacks. The cable management system was difficult to work with—I was only able to remove the top cable covers. The bottom covers were extremely hard to take off and felt like they might break, so I stopped and used my own alternative cable management solution. When it came to weight support, my 27-inch 1080p monitor was no issue at all and stayed in place without extra tightening. However, my 32-inch OLED monitor required tightening the hinge much more than expected. If I didn’t tighten it significantly, the monitor would slowly tilt downward. It worked in the end, but it felt like I was pushing the limits of the arm. That said, once everything was set up, the arm positions my monitors nicely, feels sturdy, and improves my desk layout. Aside from those issues, I’m satisfied with it.

Not terrible. But could be better. My monitors are way below the limit and this thing struggles to keep the straight up and down. The tilt won't get tight enough over time it drops.

It holds to monitors, at least it does that. It isn't hard to put together. But the manufacturer seems that everyone who uses this thing just wants to have a little pouch or something hung from their desk for the allen wrenches that are required to adjust every aspect of the arms, swivels, etc. And the vertical hold for the monitors will loosen often, requiring the use of the large allen wrench more often that I thought I would need. Making me have to move everything out of the way over and over to get bahind the monitors and tighten the screw while trying to hold the monitor in the position I want it to stay in. If there were a way to take it all apart and add locktite to each screw so they wouldn't losen, I would do so. My suggestion is to put a hand tightening mechanism on the outside of each screw rather than the allen wrench. And since I am a senior and disabled, I need to use a drill with an allen wrench attachment to get the torque I need to tighten the set screws. Not very well thought out.

This monitor arm is great and functions as expected overall. However, despite tightening the pivot, the joint that controls the tilt of the monitor doesn’t hold its position and keeps slipping. It would be perfect if that issue were resolved.

Bunk, wouldn't recommend for anything over 27inches. Says up to 27 pounds but cant support the 23lb 32 inch monitor even with tightening all the adjustments. Worked great for my 27inch monitors though! build is mostly cheap plastic, youre better off ordering one from amazon for higher quality and a more sturdy material. the hinge on the VESA mount is cheap plastic.

Mounted both my monitors and because one is leaning towards 15-20 pounds it’s constantly tilting downwards and always needs adjustments every so often, besides that these work as intended

Great for gaming bring monitor alittle close if you plan to use it for work if. Build quality is great I’m not worried of it failing

It was okay i think i just didnt know how to use them tbh or my monitors were just to heavy for them to hold it up

Not a game changer, but it gets the job done for me with two 34” curved monitors in my home office.

[Employee of bestbuy] Pretty good at holding up its weight just does not like small movements

It's good enough for smaller monitors, but 32" monitors are just far to big for this to handle. There are better options. But it's simple enough to setup and use.

In one of the branches the screws are causing problems means little quality
