Works as described. It definitely cleared up desk space

I’ve been using the j5create Ergonomic Dual Monitor Desk Mount for a few months and it made a big difference in my desk setup. It holds two monitors securely and frees up a lot of space on the desk compared to using regular monitor stands. The build quality feels solid and the arms move smoothly, which makes it easy to adjust the height and angle of each monitor. Installation was also straightforward and didn’t take long to set up. One thing I really like is how flexible it is for positioning the screens, which helps create a more comfortable workspace. Overall, it’s a great upgrade if you use multiple monitors and want a cleaner, more ergonomic desk setup. Monitor arms are good quality can hold weight and move around easily

They have a solid build and it is very easy to move my monitors at will. However, over the course of days, heavier monitors will begin to slouch at a downward angle ever so slightly.

Ease of use really isn't something I would say about this , does it do the job ? yes , but you really have to torque on the set screws (inset allen heads) so they will actually hold the monitors in the position you want . I'm not complaining about the way they work , just be aware your gonna need just a tiny bit of mechanical knowledge to tinker with these and get them set just right. Not the most user friendly product I've ever bought , BUT they do the job , I also don't feel they are accurate about weight they hold which might be the problem? I bought 2 samsung 4k monitors with this the same day , it was a panic buy kinda since my other monitor gave out and I needed replacements to continue work. I don't feel this is made to support these monitors even though the box says it does.

With some adjustments was able to hold my 2 27" gaming monitors. The wire feed through covers are really difficult to remove. Soo much soo i had to resort to strapping the cable on the mounts instead.

This was an amazing product for a busy desk. After spending 20ish minutes installing it. It worked great! The slight issue with it was that it did not fit my round back gaming monitors. But with a little adjustment it works great!

So far it's been good, can't get my monitor to sit straight flush though. it tilts down a bit. looks like the monitor is looking down, but not a major issue and I have the 32inch monitors. easy to install.

Pretty nice quality no problems so far. The adapter move with ease and you can adjust them .

Construction was easy. Adjustment of arms was good. I still have not figured out how to permanently adjust the height so that to keep from having to look up. Those instructions could be more clear.

For my new monitor which is 32 inches i decided to get this one. Its barebones and has not much support for heavy monitors. I will say the biggest issue was no cable routing and the height adjustment is not enough for a 32 inch

I read a bunch of the reviews on here before I purchased and was questioning the cable management options on this device as most people who gave it a low score had issues with it breaking. One of them is easy to slide of and use while the other needs to be carefully unsnapped, if you try to pull to hard it may break. I took my time with it while installing and it hasn't had any issues. Nothing broke, and its was a very easy install overall.

The mount is decent, one of the better ones. The only issue or slight problem is the rotation from horizontal to vertical. Any time I move the monitor, it takes a little effort to get it to be level. Each move will cause the monitor to lean one way or the other.

Quality is pretty good here. Arms have decent range but could use more verticality. I would not recommend using monitors greater than 27” with this.

Did exactly what i needed it to do, hold two monitors with 360 degree swivel. Little bit of shake but that goes for all monitor arm mounts.

Great and solid product. Only gave 4/5 because with 2 27 inch monitors side by side they are very tight together but it is solid construction and materials.

Overall, the monitor arm works great. I use one 32" monitor and one 27" monitor. The length of the arms easily accommodates this setup, and I may soon move to dual 32" monitors using this mount. One star has been removed due to the cable management feature. The covers attached to the arms use small plastic 'clips' to attach to the arms and will rather easily break off. I have this mount attached to a large, solid-wood butcher block on a standing desk frame and it remains quite sturdy.

Easy to install and works great. Clears up my desk for a ton more room
