Purchased this for my husband,By far the best Bluetooth He has owned. The sound comes in crystal clear, The battery life Is amazing he gets about 8 to 10 hrs in use and he is always on his phone for work, It's extremely comfortable in his ear and sometime forgets it's in there. Highly recommended and the price is even better!

The battery last about 3 days of normal use before I have to recharge it. The range is great on it. I can have my phone anywhere in the house and still get a clear signal throughout. Downside: it has become unpaired twice and I had to repair it to my phone. I am not sure why that happened but it did.

Overall, I am satisfied with the Jabra Bluetooth; replacement for an older Jabra I used. Good sound, reasonably priced and easy to setup. Only one downfall for me - rubber piece on earpiece is too big; no smaller one in extra pieces provided. It becomes uncomfortable and hurts my ear after extended wear.

Honestly after trying different ear pieces this one work the best and the lower price! Highly recommend!!! It is comfortable and hang in the ear.

NOT loud enough for me, and no I'm not deaf, I truly believe I have "average" hearing (with exceptional eyesight @ 20/15). The Jabra is indeed nicely made, low cost, and TINY overall, which is great for women because it can be totally concealed. It does have a runber cushion, which isn't too big. BUT the other reviews are just not accutate on this Jabra's sound qualities. The max audio output is just too low for "out and about" use, which has become common and no doubt limited by attorneys to prevent ear damage claims. The Jabra is an acceptable unit for in-home use and quiet environments, but not much more. In contrast, the super "punchy" sounding and much larger (see pic) PlanTronics 5200 boom mic is the unit I use for reference if I lose my "main" unit or my backup and need to get another one. I always have a BT on! If you drive a new car this little Jabra will be adequate, just not by too much. But If you drive a truck or like a louder unit- forget it! I fly commercial quite a bit as well, and so far the ONLY unit I've really had that is able to overcome a plane's cabin noise level is the PlanTronics 5200. But even it's still not perfect- the battery life is at best only 5 hours, very low for such a big unit. And the PT5200's range is "fair" at best, but worst of all the unit WILL eventually "tear" at the weakest link- the bendy part of the rubber curve...so I always have to glue it back after a few months. Being as honest as possible here, IF the PT5200 is a "10" on volume and sound, this tiny Jabra unit is maybe a 7 at most. Sorry all you loyal "Jabbies", that's just the way it is. This Jabra's audio driver is simply too small to get close to the PT5200's big, "punchy" sound. For the price, one could say its still a fair value. Excellent? No. If you need LOUD then pass on this one. You'll be sorry if you don't, even after tweaking all the settings in your phone. Pros: Small, light, good battery life, and...cute? Con: Just NOT loud enough! The "Volume police" really busted this one, a shame.

Am a amazon driver and needed something for calls while on road couldbt be happier i almost went wth jabber 15 glad i spent the extra 10 bucks !

It works well enough, but I was overly satisfied with a previous one I cannot find. This one cost a bit more and doesn't work as well. One other thing I noticed right away is that its some type of black coating which starting peeling off within the 1st week and now when the blue and/or indicators light up the entire side of it is blue or red when it was just a small rectangular spot

I am a very picky bluetooth person, I need qualiity and I love watching T.V on my phone so it needed Media,as wel as a good sound. I washed my Motorola HK-250 which I had for over 5 years and loved But I can no longer find it anywhere only the HK-255 And it's garbage. Anyway read reviews and looked around came across this one and let me tell you, for the price it's perfect and meet's all my need's. I am purchasing several of them to have extra and spare's. Do yourself a favor don't hesitate to get this I promise you I am OCD over thing's like this and this one is great for price and quality. Hope this help's someone!!
