Jason Isbell - Sirens of the Ditch - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

For Jason Isbell, former guitarist and songwriter of the Drive-By Truckers, his first solo album showcases diversity, skill and passion, the three essential ingredients to the legendary Muscle Shoals sound. It is an album built on his already beloved contributions to 3 Truckers albums. His 11 self-penned numbers take deeply personal lyrics that are expressed through the sounds of the South rock, soul and blues. SIRENS OF THE DITCH sees Isbell taking the next step, standing on his own.
