We wanted a toy and found these looking so cute online. What we received, was covered in dirt inside the box! We bought a new toy, why did we get a used one? Mom then wanted to return or exchange it, but they insist on her foing to ups to do that, even though we had it shipped. It's not possible for her to drive, so i am really disappointed in Best Buy for doing this.
