Can the Flip 4 be carried on an airplane?

Hello, Can this item be used in the shower? When I take showers the room steams up. I know it’s water proof but is it steam proof as well ?
Answered by JBL SupportThe JBL Flip 4 is rated as IPX 7 water-proof: this grade means that the device can be submerged in 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes without permanent damage. Usage of this in a steam shower is possible but not highly advisable as it might still cause damage to the speaker especially if contained in a shower for more than 30 minutes.
Is it more powerful than jbl flip 1?
Answered by JBL SupportYes. The FLIP is rated at 2 x 5W, while the FLIP 4 is rated at 2 x 8W. The FLIP 4 is significantly louder, powerful and has deeper bass.
Is this speaker weather resistant?
Answered by JBL SupportNo. The FLIP 4 is only IPX7 waterproof certified. Prolonged exposure to harmful weather may affect the unit.
Can i use it while charging the battery?
