These have great noise canceling and ambient aware mode with birth phone and music but i get constant complaints with the mouse in my background impeding conversation. FOR people who prefer music/single user applications/ aren't using for calls in noisy areas. NOT for those needing hands free mode with calls in noisy or busy areas. Sometimes get Bluetooth issues when trying to connect midway through airway opened app. Very annoying. FWIW, i would NOT purchase these again. Still searching for buds for droid that offer multi-faceted satisfactory results

Sound quality is great but I had to return them because they didn't stay in my ear.

The batteries don't last very long at all. They charge up pretty quick but the batteries over time don't hold a charge for very long.

Although most of the music tracks sounded great in the default "Club Mode", anything that's classical requires use of the "Bass Mode" or even "Studio Mode" to sound good, which requires wanton use of the JBL Headphones app while using this product. Also, getting the Noise Cancellation feature to "kick in" requires a nice calibration in a very noise environment, and sometimes the earphones don't fit your ear canal at all. So Harman (who owns JBL) definitely should think about using closed-canal earphones for future noise cancelling class generations instead of trying to compete in the active noise cancelling market. Also audio isn't a "one-profile fits all" thing, so you have to fiddle the equalizer contingent on what music you're listening to. So if you're on a budget, then these are the ones you want, but if you're willing to hurt your wallet a bit more, then look elsewhere.

Not very comfortable to wear for longer than an hour. Disappointing in this regard. Sound quality and noise cancelling features are very good.

Good but case stopped charging after 3 years. Cheap build quality on the case and not replaceable

Falls out of my ear. The sound is good for the cost, but the fit of these earbuds just don't stay in my ear. I switched over from Apple AirPods and stuck with these, since they are not eligible for return once opened.

Great noise canceling, not the greatest bass, long usage causes my ears to be sore.
