The page says that there is an open box speaker for sale. I put all my information in and my credit card submitted. They sent me an order number and then five minutes later I get a cancellation. I have to wait on the phone for 30 minutes to have them tell me it’s unavailable but it stays on the website for a day after someone buys it.

I order openbox and it said was in perfect condition Well I got one that doesn’t turn on and missing screws I had to return it the same day I received it .. I had one before and they are amazing speakers .

JBL PartyBox 310 Speaker sounds great! Used it a handful of times, it stopped turning on. It’ll be 2 years in may since the purchase. Not sure if it’s defective or if it’s the norm for this product.

Bought an open box and had to return it cuz it was blown. Was jn the store for about three hours. Complete waste of my day. Said the geek squad went through it, they obviously didnt even turn it on.

dents n Scratches Some buttons don't work discount not Worth it I needed two so I brought to the other one from another store. Brand new from another store with a warranty.no dents or scratches .

Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help with your JBL Partybox 310. Please check the equalizer settings of your phone and set it to default. We also recommend trying to connect it with a different device or play audio using a different application. You may also try doing a Factory Reset by pressing and holding the Volume and Play buttons for more than ten seconds while it is on. You may need to forget it to pair it again. We're sorry to hear about what happened to your JBL PartyBox 310. Please try charging the speaker for 3.5 hours for us to check if the speaker will charge and power on. Check the charging port as well as the power cable if there are physical damages that prevent the speaker from charging properly. If the problem persists, please contact us, so we can assist you in checking your warranty.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We're here to help. The lack of bass might be caused by the sonic quality of your source, depending on what you are listening to, EQ Settings, Source Device, and the woofer not functioning properly. If you're using an EQ, you may try to turn it off, or if not, try turning it on and boosting the bass. Try to connect the speaker to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. You may also reset the speaker by turning on the speaker, pressing and holding the "Volume +" and "Play" for more than 10 seconds until the speaker turns off. You may need to 'forget' the speaker in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again.
