The JBL Partybox 310 was released in October of 2020 and I heavily underestimated this speaker due to age so I bought it last year and it even have some wins over the JBL Partybox 320, mainly the more neutral sound signature and the rubber feet on the sides that come in hsndy as a trunk speaker and it can handle the extra power of being plugged in. The 320 distorts pretty quickly with a bass heavy eq in AC mode. Treble, mids abd bass compliments each other pretty well but treble extension. Midrange separation and low bass extention is good but it doesn't sound as impressive as the 320. If you can get the Partybox 310 on sale its a much better valued speaker then the 120 for a extra 30 to 40 bucks although the light show and futures did age a good amount

Needed something for sports tournaments and this 100% nailed it! Sound is really impressive, the kids enjoyed playing with the added soundboard and lighting effects. Even the wife (who wanted to hate it) LOVED it. Deducted 1 star for transportation. It doesn’t roll well as much as it does bounces around until it flips over. But eventually threw it in the wagon with everything else, problem solved. Overall really like it. Highly recommend. Received lots of compliments.

My neighbors hate it but I love it! Sound quality is crisp and loud. Only down part is when I connect my wireless mic I can’t adjust the volume on it.

Here are some key points to consider: 1. **Sound Quality:** offers excellent sound quality with deep bass and clear highs. The speaker is loud enough to fill a large room or outdoor space with music. 2. **Connectivity:** provides multiple connectivity options, including Bluetooth, USB, AUX, and mic/guitar inputs, giving you the flexibility to play music from various sources. 3. **Light Shows:** comes with dynamic light shows that sync with the music, creating a vibrant and party-ready atmosphere. 4. **Portability:** Despite its size, the speaker is designed with portability in mind. It features built-in handles and wheels, making it easier to transport from one place to another. 5. **Battery Life:** With a rechargeable battery that offers long hours of playtime, you can enjoy uninterrupted music without having to worry about power outlets. Overall, this is a great choice for those who love hosting events and want a powerful audio system to enhance the experience. Just keep in mind that due to its size, it may not be the most compact option for everyday use.

Great sound quality, blows away Sony and other competitors. Bass is outstanding for having no subwoofer. Highs are a little more subdued than I’d like, but many people would prefer it this way. Bluetooth range and quality are perfect. Easilly streams lossless audio, doesn’t skip often Light show is pretty fun but I’m also very happy it can be disabled. Battery life is astounding, easily hits advertised times at half volume. Also very easy to keep it charged with car plugs and portable batteries. Build quality is excellent. Great attention to detail, solid, handles are very sturdy, wheels roll smooth, telescopic handle is awesome. Absolutely love that it has a pole mount on the bottom. Issues I have: Absolutely needs an EQ option in the app. The three modes for bass are not near enough customization. The EQ buttons on the speaker only control microphone and don’t do anything for music input. Microphone control is mediocre. Needs to have a way to adjust microphone volume without turning the physical knob. Should also have a balance fader for input and output. App is glitchy. Sometimes loses the speaker or cuts out sound for a second when making an adjustment, even changing volume. Volume is much too low for using as a DJ speaker for more than 50 or so people. Just barely loud enough to do a small wedding ceremony. Isn’t any louder than many much smaller Bluetooth speakers. Would be nice to have XLR in and out.. but I guess space saving is necessary. I wish it at least had a TRS port for aux.

I'm a mechanic, I take this to work everyday and it's loud!. I can hear it just fine over all the air tools and drills / compressors. I was not expecting it to be this loud and I love it! It's definitely worth the money. The sound is great and I love that you can add bass with the bass boost button. It having wheels and a handle is also very handy, I don't have to carry it very often. Mostly in and out of my car. Now on to what I don't like. The wheels are to narrow, they should be wider. It tips over easily when i'm pulling it. Also the material of the wheel its self is very stiff, it feels like i'm moving a car jack because they react to every little crack on the floor. The handle is flimsy. If the speaker is about to tip over, I can't try to save it by twisting the handle. It has a lot of slack and is annoying every time the speaker tips over. Because of this, both sides of the speaker are very scratched now.

This speaker has some serious power. The bad and rarity is incredible. Perfect for parties or gatherings indoor and out. It charges so you can bring outdoors with a convenient pop up handle and wheels to bring it anywhere. Kareoke hook ups with 2 mic ports and guitar hook up make it fun for all. Has fun club sounds . Very fun! Also has lights that beat with the music.

So I have used it as a Bluetooth speaker and its sound is good by itself. It hits pretty low frequencies and has a cool light show to go with it. I like that the volume and levels are displaced as a lighted ring around the woofer. The speaker does best with EDM and other non busy Genres of music, and tends to get muddy the more complex the music becomes. I could imagine wiring two of these in stereo would be a huge weight lifted off a single speaker's shoulders. It has a Mic and Guitar input with separate gain input adjustments for each. Here’s where I have issues though… I have this hooked up to an electronic drum set via its inputs and the bass and treble can’t be adjusted via the buttons on top. It is what it is. You can only use the instrument to equalize the sound. Also there’s a boosted bass frequency that makes my floor toms sound extremely overstated and boomy. It takes a ton of over correction to get it dialed back to something reasonable. The newer version has features that you shouldn’t pass on that make this a hard sell.

Great speaker great sound amazing bass I like the trolly handle to get it from point a to point B it still has a handle to lift it which is very comfortable with the rubber grip it’s got a stand to put your tablet or your phone on the top I haven’t tried the karaoke features yet but will do soon price a bit high but I say it’s worth it great lights for the night time and very loud..

The bass lacks some punch for the size and price, but overall good sound and lighting. There are three dedicated buttons that do 1 sound effect each, which is weird to me. Most people probably not using them much. I purchased mine open box at a discount. If I had paid full price, I'd probably be a little more critical at the $550 level. Overall, I like the ease of use compared to a traditional sound system.

Great speaker! I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could. It has excellent bass and the overall depth of sound is really good. The app is fairly easy to use, and the settings, while relatively simple do provide some extra control over levels. I've read reviews that said the sound clarity was not the best, but compared with other similar speakers, I found these to be superior in quality. The better sounding speakers tend to be much smaller, or much more expensive. The lighting effects are just ok, but aren't a big priority for me. The one thing I'd say is a slight drawback is that when the speaker cabinet is upright, there is really no stereo effect, but that's to be expected with vertically aligned speakers, and why I'll be buying a second one soon!
