The JBL Partybox 520 is a great speaker. The size is perfect and portable to take places. The sound quality is amazing and light quality at night time is bright. I like that it has a USB C port to charge your phones. Its a pricey speaker but hopefully they dropped down the price.

Great powerful sound. Of course JBL quality. It's quite heavy to pick up and put on the speaker stand. Definitely louder than a 320 but if you have 2 320 as a stereo. The stereo is nice. I purchased 2 320 for the price for the 520.
Excellent stereo I am very satisfied with the purchase of a premium equipment that sounds good good sound

There’s too much bass and not enough clarity compared to the tower 9 Sony. Supposedly I bought an excellent condition opened box 520 Partybox; it did not come with cords, brochure, or anything that was in excellent condition. The sound quality is not all that unless you want all the thump and not hear the vocals as well. Disappointed how heavy and bulky it is. Even if it was in brand new condition, I would pick still pick Sony. You have to go to the store and hear it side by side. 710 Partybox is equivalent if the 520 Partybox is not available to test.

Great speaker. Full sound with great bass. Good battery life. It also rolls well. I wish they would have a rubber foot at the front bottom edge to prevent scratches at the very bottom front when picking up the speaker via the back. handles. Oversll it gets a top rating.

This is just an incredible speaker. I’ll be honest with you! It’s great to bring for parties and if you wanna practice at home in Dj, if you’re into that as well. I took it to a friend’s house and he had about 100 people there and the one speaker did everything sounded great base was great. The light shows were cool. I do recommend this speaker as an overall Bluetooth speaker And if you just wanna DJ small gigs and not break the bank.

Love it! Great sound! It’s honestly a little too loud for what I need it for, didn’t expect it to be so loud and the sound to be that good! I do not regret at all this purchase, definitely worth it. At full volume you can for sure have music loud enough for a big party! I don’t even get to play it half way and it’s already loud enough for my parties in my back yard.

Very good sound, the deep bass is excellent. It's a bit heavy, but the handle helps a lot. I recommend it.

Review: JBL PartyBox 520 I recently picked up the JBL PartyBox 520, and after spending some time with it, here are my honest impressions. Pros • Surprisingly Loud: For its size, the volume output is impressive. It easily fills a room and would work well for small gatherings. • Easy to Use App: The companion app is intuitive, clean, and makes adjusting EQ, lighting, and settings very simple. • Great Aesthetics: The speaker looks sharp and modern. The lighting and overall design give it a premium feel. • Solid Build Quality: The construction feels sturdy and well made. I haven’t taken it outdoors yet, but it seems like it could handle some movement and light wear. Cons • Bass Falls Apart Early: This is the biggest disappointment. The bass starts to distort or “fall apart” around 30% volume. • Bass Flattens at High Volumes: Once you push it louder, the bass doesn’t just distort—it gets noticeably thin. • A Bit Heavy: It’s portable, but not exactly lightweight. You can move it around, but you’ll feel the effort. The PartyBox 520 has a lot going for it in terms of volume, looks, and usability. But clean bass at higher volumes is important to you, this model may fall short. I’m honestly considering taking it back to the store to see if the bass issues are normal, or if I might have a defective unit. I am hoping this is just a bad unit because i really like it other than that.

We're having so much fun with this speaker! We got the JBL wireless mics and we have never sounded better singing karaoke. We've even used this for a karaoke gig. The lights are a great addition.
