Product never would charge. We noticed this after the 2 week policy. Called Jb, they said to go to BB. Drive 30+ minutes to BB, they say there is nothing that can be done. Drive 30+ minutes home talking to JB more than my travel time. I was told to send back. That I won’t be charged for a box by ups since we no longer have original packaging. Had to pay $20 for box.

I don’t even receive this party box so hopefully you refund the money. And it said $349 but they charged me $485 . Best Buy please refund the money.

Charged full 8 hours, went to use it and the battery lasted about 2 hours and now won’t charge.

The sound is not balanced. The bass is too mu h even for me who loves Bass
