I really liked this speaker for its lighting show and aesthetic look, but it has many body imperfections. The acrylic transparent plastic has many straight-like scratches and some points that look like dirt, and all of these are from the inside part of the speaker, which makes it look unappealing when it's on and you're nearby. The sound, I would say, is acceptable but not so great, as a speaker for the same price, you are mostly paying for the lighting show and speaker together.

Best Buy's Price Match Guarantee. Hello, I purchased a JBL Pulse 5 Portable Bluetooth Speaker from your Palm Beach Gardens store on May 25 for $249.99, plus tax. I noticed that the same speaker is now priced at $199.99. I understand that Best Buy has a price match guarantee, and I am within the period for a price adjustment. Can you help me process a refund for the price difference?

Unhappy have purchased same speaker 3x and after warranty runs out stops working. Good when it works

If your JBL Pulse 5 is not turning On, While not charging, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds to see if the unit will unlock. If this does not resolve the issue. Terrible speaker had it for a few days. It does not give good base even when you set it to do so. I would not recommend this item.
