It's simply not worth the price charged, I've used it very few times, I'm getting ready to return it. The right side doesn't turn on, I've tried everything and I'm giving up.

Disappointed as my after purchasing my item arrived with no case, despite having advertised otherwise. Trying to get my money back. Just a waste of my time because why is there not a case. The picture below is all it came with No exaggeration.

My product never arrived. I then contacted the seller, who I initially thought was Best Buy, but they told me it was a different seller and that I had to contact them directly, which I did, but without any resolution. They ended up telling me that if the package was lost, it wasn't their responsibility and that I had to investigate with the shipping company to find out what happened to the package. It's the worst experience I've ever had. From now on, I will no longer be a Best Buy customer because I thought it was a serious and responsible company that cared about its customers, but the truth is, they only care about selling and earning their commission for lending their name. They are a fraud, and I recommend that you use Amazon instead, as they do take care of their customers and are very responsible with claims.

Wouldn’t recommend these at all to anyone. Have a hard time keeping these disconnected once put back in the charging case and constantly reconnects to phone draining the battery. Inconvenient app you have to download to adjust the equalizer. Noise cancellation is sub par at best. Not worth the price at all. If your looking for immerse sounds and something to get you going at the gym then these are not for you.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our JBL SoundGear Sense should charge when returned inside the case. If it's not, there might be something that prevents them from doing so. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on both the case and earbuds with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol. Please ensure the pins are completely dry before placing the earbuds back in the case and using them. As for the equalizer, you may download our JBL Headphones app or check the music app you're using to adjust the settings. For further assistance, please contact our customer support.
