Fotlr the price they are good. When initially connecting to computre there is a loud static sound in both and after taping several times to connect, it finally works properly.

Sound Quality is excellent - 9/10 ANC works pretty well - 7/10 Battery life is amazing - 8/10 But it fits the worst in my ears. Exactly after 15 minutes my ears start hurting very badly - fitting - 5/10 Built quality - 8/10

First - I am a BIG JBL fan. I own a few of their Bluetooth party speakers and my family and I love them. So, although I didn't expect $300 ear buds for the sale price of $49 (regular price $99.00). When I ordered these mid-range priced ear buds, based on my Bluetooth speakers, I did expect good sound quality and a sturdy build. Also, I figured they would be a good place to start learning what features I needed and liked, and which ones I can do without, being that they were my first pair of wireless earbuds. But sadly, I didn't even have a chance to give them a good test drive as the right bud continually lost connection and reconnected. The case showing the right bud completely charged one minute, needing a charge the next, then not even in the case the next. I tried more than a few times to make sure they were securely in the charging case, and checked the online "JBL Ear Buds," app while they were in my ears to be sure it wasn't a setting. But after being sure the buds were defective, I returned them to the store. To date I still don't have a new set of ear buds, as I haven't decided if I should try another set of JBLs or just try a different brand. :-( BUT if I had to guess, I would say there was probably just a loose connection somewhere in the ear bud, and not something that is a common occurrence. But... ??? Based on my research, though, the features and specs in this price range would have made them a very good buy and beginners set of buds had they worked properly. The sound that I did hear during the few times that both buds were functioning seemed clear and clean; and both the case and buds felt solid and sturdy and not cheaply made. For those reasons (and probably partly my love for my other JBL products that I've never had a problem with) I gave them 3 stars instead of 1. I can't say if I would recommend or not because I think this was just a loose connection, and certainly not what my previous experiences have been with JBL products. But maybe JBL buds are not the same quality as some of their other products...

I enjoyed these when I first got them. The pros: They sound great and are comfortable, and the noise-canceling levels are legit. the case is a perfect compact size. The cons: they are slick - I've dropped them taking them out/putting them in the case cause the material is so smooth. Recently they randomly started going in and out during my workouts at the gym, never any other time. Is that interference? Also, they stopped playing music today :(. They connect just fine but now they're not playing. IDK!

Man this one was tough. For music or media? Fantastic. Punches above it's weight, trades blows with my other headphones that are at a much higher price point. For calling? Borderline unacceptable. Constant disconnects and reconnects on Teams calls and Discord calls. Also in a call, you can't change ANC or passthrough, you must hang up and make your changes. Case is ok. Sometimes one of the buds won't make contact with the charging toggles. It's not as bad as my Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro (that one is notorious) but it's something I have to be conscious of. It was a steal at $50 for music but I can't recommend for anything else besides that.

My experience with these headphones, they sound good but had connectivity issues. The noise-cancelling is good, bass decent enough. But when I would be active with them, I would get constant disconnect from my phone. Maybe they were getting sweaty and drop, but it would be about every 3-5min, which I found to just be too much. Not sure I would recommend this specific product to a friend.

Sound quality & bass is amazing. Battery life is great no issues with a full days use. Different inserts for different size ears is a plus. Downside is with the iPhone 13 , the earbuds keep randomly disconnecting an reconnecting . It’s so freaking frustrating,I’ve reinstalled 3different times an the issues still occurring

Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback on our JBL Tune 230NC TWS. Please ensure a clear line of sight between your earbuds and device, and move away from any other sources of wireless signals, such as Wi-Fi routers, which could overlap your Bluetooth connection. Additionally, you can try to connect your earbuds from different devices if the same issue persists. You may also try to forget/unpair the JBL Tune 230NC TWS from your device and do a factory reset. To reset it, double tap the button of an earbud and hold it for 5 seconds, then put the earbuds back in the case to complete the reset. If the issue remains after doing these steps, you may reach out to our customer support for further assistance.

I bought these ear buds for work and they’re good for the price. The case can be easily scratched so make sure you buy an additional protection case. The battery life on them are great but the volume of them just isn’t very good. I’d say they’re perfect for $50 anymore and I would say don’t waste your money.

This is the 2nd pair of headphones I bought. Sounds and noise cancellation is really good. But at times, one of the headphones has a hard time connecting with the phone or trouble charging. First and second pair have had these issues.

Great headphones to beat up. I use them for work and they do the job. Volume is okay nothing crazy but not bad. Charging is a strugge not sure why. Bluetooth goes about 16 ft far.

I like them a lot but they do occasionally just turn off, even though they're charged up. Some sort of glitch. They are comfortable and stay in place and the sound is clear both incoming and outgoing.

Had to constantly keep repairing the headphones because the left one would stop working. Seems like a common problem in the JBL headphones, This last time I paired them it hasn't happened. Other than that they work great and sound great. Good low end not two over powering, up front mids and smooth highs.

Sound quality and comfort are great. However if you touch the side of the earbuds they will change modes. Not good if you are having a private conversation and the earbuds switch to speaker mode on your phone just because you touched them by accident.

Sound quality is ok but I’m having issues with the connection. Once you place them in the pod they remain connected to my phone. So if I get a call after I put them away it shows a connection. Overall not bad for the price.
