Lasted 10 months before the swivel broke despite my extremely careful use. Knowing that the swivels looked extremely weak right out of the box, I babied these headphones to make sure I didn't break them. But surely enough, the left side broke anyway. Clearly a design flaw. Ordinarily JBL is a good brand, but obviously not for headphones. Later today, I'll buy new headphones, but two things are for sure: (1) I won't buy them from Best Buy, and (2) they won't be JBL brand. I stick to my cardinal rule of never rewarding bad behavior. Selling worthless headphones is clearly bad behavior. These otherwise great headphones on a poorly designed mount makes the entire product worthless. I expected more than 10 months from my purchase. Never again.

Out of the box the left slider to adjust for size wont lock into place. We adjust it, then when we go to put it on our head the slider slips and closes. We liked the sound quality for the price so we exchanged for another one. SAME PROBLEM! Poor quality control. Now I have a brand new headset with glue on it to keep the sliding adjuster in place because my son doesn't want to go back to the store a 3rd time. Stay away from this model.

we have very bad experience with this headphones. with in 15 days the cushion of both sides broken/removed from head phones. sound quality is not good. my kid is disappointed with these head phones. we want to replace or get the refund. But not sure if we can do that without original packing box which we have alrady thrown.

Purchased November 2022, dead as of May 2024. I prefer to use earbuds on a more regular basis so I left these as back up. Well, they no longer send a signal to bluetooth to pair with new devices. Can't do anything because warranty expires after a year. Way too much money to purchase for something that's not going to last.

The guy that i asked questions was more worried about selling me the most expensive headphone then actually help me find one in my price range and then i walked around some more that I ended up finding this headphone. It was for my autistic brother that needed it and my mom couldn’t afford and expensive one. This was my first time and probably my last time buying something from this location.

After using them on and off for approximately 1 - 1.5 months, they stopped turning on, and stopped charging. I basically paid $50 for a disposable headset that had a 30-45 day lifespan. I feel like I got GOT!

First, power cycle your headphones by pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds while the unit is not plugged into a power source to see if the unit will unlock. Next, use another charging cable and power adapter to see if the unit will charge. While it's extremely uncommon, try to use another wall outlet to be certain that the issue is not with the outlet then clean the charging port with compressed air. If the issue remains, you may contact our customer support for further assistance.

The volume up button is stuck so my 5 year old could only play sounds at max volume. Bummer. I don’t live close to a Best Buy and the price isn’t really worth the hassle of shipping them for a return.

For a child size, not adult. Its tiny, uncomfortable. Best buy did not want to give me a label to return the product, they said to do it in stores and that is not always possible.

We're here to help. To connect your JBL Tune 510BT to your mobile phone, simply turn on the headphones and it will automatically be on pairing mode. Turn on the Bluetooth on your source device and connect the JBL Tune 510BT via Bluetooth. You can also reset your JBL Tune 510BT by pressing and holding the "Volume +" and "Volume -" buttons for more than 5 seconds. The headphones will turn off, and reboot to factory default. Our JBL Tune 510BT has adjustable headbands, which may adjust how the headphones fit in your head. You might want to check our JBL Live 660NC which is an Ove-Ear Headphone that has larger earpads that fit around your entire ear. If you need more help, please contact JBL customer support.
