Well, sadly my daughter was suppose to be happy when she open this gift of hers. When she tried them on 1st time, the left side had No-Sound.

I bought this on black Friday. I normally use earphones, but I had a long International flight, and thought headphones would be more comfortable for 14 hours. I'm past the return window, unfortunately, or they'd go right back. PROS 1) I like the blue color. I like buying things that look nice, and I liked this color more than others I'd found. 2) The sound is good quality (when it's not stuttering). 3) Noice canceling is pretty good. Another primary reason I purchased; to block out airplane noise. 4) It comes with a cord so you can use with devices that allow that (or the airplane entertainment system, without using a third party transmitter) That's about it. CONS 1) These are horribly uncomfortable around your neck. They are so tight that if you put them around your neck they choke you. Other models I tried are looser or open a different way so that you can hang them when you're not using them. This is a major con when you're traveling or even just in general and you're not planning to just use them and put them away. 2) There is a weird audio interference. If you just keep it on noise canceling, frequently there is some kind of crackling noise. It's distracting and annoying, and defeats the purpose of just having some quiet. I looked online and many people have the same issue and return them. 3) This interference or some sort of disconnect happens frequently when listening to music or audio connected to my phone. When I watch a Netflix show, it will crackle and stutter making me miss some of the audio. It does the same thing when I'm listening to music. This is happening on a device that is a couple hundred dollars and not on my cheaper ones? Unacceptable. 4) The audio is good but....it's also pretty great on cheaper devices. In my personal opinion (and I'm not an audiophile), it's not worth the higher price tag. 5) Same goes for noise canceling. This one I can say is audibly better than some of the cheaper ones I have tried, but again, not when it's significantly more expensive than those versions. BOTTOM LINE For the price tag, the garbage connection and stuttering is majorly uncool. The other features are decent but not worth the price tag. Save your money and get something else.

They were not very comfortable to be honest, so I did not get to test out the sound or noise cancelling too well.

Second time using them the left speaker blew out. Took them back to the store and they would not give me a new pair. I will shop on Amazon from now on.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that our JBL Tune 670NC did not meet your expectations. We're here to assist. If the issue occurs as the volume is increased, but before reaching 90%, the louder volume coupled with frequencies that may have been boosted can cause this issue. If you are using an EQ (Equalizer) in the app or source device, please try turning it off. If the sound no longer distorts with the EQ off, the headphones are not damaged and the EQ settings need to be adjusted to prevent distortion and eventual damage. Also, try to connect a different source device to the headphones to determine if the problem is with the device or headphones. For further assistance, please contact customer support.
