Too tight, not comfortable

I had a previous pair of over-ear headphones from JBL that lasted a long time and were extremely comfortable to wear, in addition to having long battery life and good quality sound. This new pair is too tight over my ears, not comfortable at all. I felt like my head and ears were being pinched. I am disappointed and will be returning these headphones.

Not comfortable to wear on the eye, it hurts my ears, range is not so good, cannot even go from living room to patio which is connected or in office, interrupting connectivity

We appreciate your feedback on our JBL Tune 670NC. Bluetooth usually performs well up to 30 feet in ideal conditions. However, if it works well only within 10 feet, interference from walls or other devices is likely reducing the range. Sometimes, a Bluetooth connection can become interrupt. Please try unpairing your headphones from your source device. Then, manually pair them again. To enter pairing mode again, power off and hold the power button for 5 seconds. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

These are ON-ear not OVER-ear!

Uncomfortable. There is a big difference between ON-ear and OVER-ear. Make sure you know the difference and check. Sound is ok, a little boomy.
