Can these headphones pair to my smart Samsung TV, and if so can the volume be adjusted or is it just a set volume?

The volume is not fixed and can be adjusted either through the connected source device or by using the controls on the headphones themselves. If your Samsung TV is Bluetooth-enabled, you should be able to pair our JBL Tune 670NC and adjust the volume normally. Additionally, the JBL Tune 670NC can also be used in wired mode using the included 3.5 mm audio cable.
Does a storage bag come with it?
