Have had for less than 6 months and left ear bud stopped charging. I have tried all on line suggestions for fixing the problem, cleaning, resetting, high volt charger and can not get it to come back on. Sound was just okay when it worked.

It's a third pair I get from JBL and decided to try a newer model, since I was very satisfied with the previous ones. Pros: noise canceling is superior compared to the previous models, battery life is very good, sound is crisp. Cons: they sometimes don't charge, they fall out of your ears if you breathe too hard, they are designed in such a poor way that you have to readjust them every few minutes so they don't fall off, and I tried every single earpiece size they came with. a few times I had issues switching on the noise canceling feature, it will just simply not turn on. The fact that they are just simply made to fall off your ears whenever they feel like makes me give a 1 star review, you simply cannot use them unless you don't move/chew/breathe too hard.

These headphone are great when you are listening to music, but terrible when you are making a phone call. Too much static and interference. You can’t hear the person you are trying to speak with and they can’t hear you.

These were horrible. We returned them right away. They were inexpensive and it showed. They provided next to no noise cancellation. The fit was poor and the case was poorly made.

I didn't see that they was smaller they or hard to put in the ear then same times will fall out

sound quality is good but earbuds are falling out from the ears if are doing something around . Very uncomfortable

Inconsistent charging within 2 weeks. Avoid purchasing.

Buttonless feature on the earbuds for changing music or volume is terrible. Buttons need to make a comeback because every time something little grazed against the earbud/s it would change song/video, it would keep rasing and lowering the volume. Touch sensors aren’t a great feature.

totally uncomfortable and very expensive, I think the other smaller and more adaptable options are better.

Honestly should have spent a little more for Bose earbuds!
