Thanks for your feedback. Please know that it's possible that the battery of your JBL Tune Buds is losing its capacity. Volume and usage can affect the battery's life. In addition, please know that battery wears out over time. Even if listening at maximum volume to heavy bass music, the battery should last longer than 60% of the published playtime. Please contact us for further assistance.

These buds suffer from at least two major issues: first the volume is unacceptably low, regardless of the source or app settings. The second issue is the fit: the buds are bukly enogh to fall out, even with he proper rubber fitting. Avoid!

I used to consider JBL a high-end brand with great sound quality, but these earbuds were a big letdown. No matter what I tried — even swapping out the rubber tips — the buds just wouldn’t stay in my ears. After a short time of moving around, they start to slip out. Forget about running or jogging with them. I honestly don’t understand how these made it to market. I wouldn’t recommend them, and to be real, I’ll be steering clear of JBL products from now on.

Used them for 10 minutes and took them off. The sound is horrible. They are very uncomfortable, and they keep falling out. If you only use one of them, the ambient sound is not canceled, and when you have both of them on, and you take one off, the sound it makes hurts. Overall, it made me angry me to use them, and the person on the other end too! The noise where I was at would be amplified when on a call. -5 stars if I could

Ear buds sound good but they fall out of my ears more than I would like but still good. I only paid $50 for them. Real good for that price.

We appreciate your feedback on our JBL Tune Buds. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. We also recommend considering larger ear tips from third-party sellers. If you need more help, please contact us.

Literally could not have made an earbud that had a worse fit inside the ear. I really tried to give these the benefit of the doubt, but the sound quality is incredibly average and they fit horribly. Everytime i workout with these in, they fall out or feel like they are about to fall out. Very distracting earbud. Whoever designed this wasnt a very intuitive person and i pray to god they never design an earbud again.

This is bad, bad, bad equipment. The sound is very high pitched. It falls constantly from the ear. If barely touch the piece to adjust in your ear and cancel the “noise cancel” (what is bad) or stop what are you hearing. I don’t know how there are people that give this more than 1 star. Perhaps you don’t know a quality equipment. I do not recommend to anyone this thing.

We're here to help with your JBL Tune Buds. Please check the equalizer settings of your phone and set it to default. We also recommend trying to connect it with a different device or play audio using a different application. You may also try doing a Factory Reset by removing both earbuds from the charging case, tapping both earbuds twice, then, tap-hold for 5 seconds. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. For our JBL Tune Buds, source devices (phones, tablets, etc.) all behave a bit differently. Some have very loud outputs, and some can be quite a bit lower, even at maximum volumes. You may try to use an equalizer on your music application to adjust the volume to your preference. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

The sound was horrible, and the right earpiece would not connect. I kept them for seven days to see if they will work and finally returned them.

I can honestly say I'm disappointed with these JBL earbuds, when you have them on it sounds like they are barely on the ear like its not on the ear really well and the noise cancelation is not that good you can still hear noise on the outside and fact that you can't use the noise cancelation when making phone calls is not good at all especially if you are in a noisy place I'm sticking with the beats fit pro buds

The earbuds were great as far sound but they were hard to keep in your ears. I would not buy these unless you have big ear lobes.

These JBL buds are too small and they won't stay snug. I have many earbuds. My absolute favorites, are the Sony WF-1000XM4's. In 2nd is the Ankor Soundcore Liberty 3 Pro, then Bose Quiet Comfort, and in last for me...Samsung buds pro, both 1 and 2 suck. However, If you get the right foam tips, any earbuds will work.

They did not last even 6 months. Right side of the headphones is quieter than the left side. Worked fine two days ago. Warranty? Probably not. Dont waste your money on headphones anymore they all are designed this way so you buy a few every year. My skull candies from 2010 were ten times better than these headphones.

Thanks for your feedback. If you are experiencing volume or balance issues, always check for wax and dirt in and around the earbud and driver, and complete cleaning of the earbuds. There may be earwax/dirt stuck in the small holes in the grille in front of the driver, preventing sound output. To resolve the issue, try dipping the affected earbud tip into a solution of lukewarm tap water and a small amount of dish soap (washing up liquid). The earbud tip should only be put into the liquid up to a maximum depth of 1-2 mm. Immersing the earbuds in water or putting the earbuds in water at a depth greater than this could void your warranty. Keep the earbud tip in the water for about 2-3 minutes, then wipe/clean the grille with a small brush (such as a toothbrush). They should remove the wax and resolve the volume/balance issues. For further troubleshooting steps, please contact us at (800) 336-4525, Mon-Fri: 9:00 am - 11:00 pm (EST), Sat-Sun: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (EST) for further assistance.

We appreciate your feedback. Let's troubleshoot the issue with your JBL Tune Buds. To achieve the best seal and a secure fit to make it feel not heavy, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. You can also try different sizes of ear tips that came with the earbuds to see if a better fit can prevent them from falling off. For volume issue, if you have already maximized the volume levels on both your source device and the earbuds itself and still find the loudness insufficient, please note that the EQ (equalizer) feature can be accessed through the JBL Headphones App to adjust and enhance the volume levels of specific frequencies in the audio signal. If you have already tried this and remain unsatisfied with the loudness, rest assured that we're always looking for ways to improve, and your feedback will be forwarded to our development team for future improvement.

I usually do not review items but this is an exception. I am so frustrated with this product that I am taking time to warn others to avoid. While listening to lectures on youtube , the sound (with lack of better description) consistently zooms in and out, high and low, its like changes pitch or something ..Not limited to one device .. it makes it impossible to listen. It is extremely frustrating .. This is my experience .
