I really wanted to like these earbuds. Pros: Excellent battery life and they charge rapidly They have warm, distinct JBL quality sound The app has an equalizer to fine tune your listening Decent noise cancellation indoors Cons: Outside, in traffic, on busses, trains and planes, you will hear everything. EVERYTHING. The buds seem engineered to fit unnaturally to your ear and despite trying all three included earbud sizes, I was unable to find a suitable fit. I have long twists and with my hair down, the touch sensor on the left side often tends to go between ambient sound and the noise canceling setting. When working out, the Tune Buds would not stay in my ear. Absolute dealbreaker when running, skipping rope or performing any kind of incline or decline exercise These buds are great for the library or sedentary listening inside. They are far less enjoyable outside and in motion. I don’t recommend unfortunately despite the decent sound they produce.

Our JBL Tune Buds supports noise cancellation. We recommend checking our JBL Headphones App where you can enable and disable the features. You may have enabled Ambient aware feature which highlights your surroundings when this is enabled. Through the app, you can also customize the gestures that will help you in case you need to disable it when you'll be working out. When wearing the earbuds, it is recommended to angle and slightly twist them to engage a secure fit.

Major issue is the fit. Despite trying all three ear bud sizes they fall out when eating, much less walking, and constantly have to be adjusted. Sound quality is OK but volume is too low. Noise cancelling mode works well.

Thanks for your inquiry. To achieve the best seal and secure fit with our JBL Tune Buds TWS, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. Please try to connect your JBL Tune Buds TWS to a different device to check if the issue is with the earbuds or the source device. If the volume is still low, please try to do a factory reset by removing both earbuds from the charging case, tap both earbuds twice, then, tap-hold for 5 seconds. The sound quality was not as impressive as I thought it would be, the noise cancelling worked alright. My biggest issue's, their not loud enough and they won't stay in my ears. Just having a conversation, the jaw moving for a minute in conversation work the earbud out enough to where they just will fall out of your ear. Though I'll be losing the discretion (not having something wrapped around my head or hanging around my neck) and freedom of movement (from working in cramped spaces), I'm presently considering a pair of JBL Headphones, I'm hoping for better sound at the very least, .

For optimal noise reduction, achieve a best seal and a secure fit by creating a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. You can also try different sizes of ear tips that came with the headphones to see if a better fit. To have better sound quality, you may check the music player app to see if the Equalizer is engaged. If engaged, turn off the Equalizer. If turning it off does not resolve the issue, turn it on again and adjust the EQ by boosting the bass to your liking.

There is no noise cancelling. The volume isn't really loud. And if you work in any kind of plant or warehouse setting your going to have a hard time hearing if your on a phone call. And once you start to sweat they constantly slip out of your ear. You will be pushing them back in all day. But anything outside of work there great.

The bass and battery life were excellent thats about it. These earbuds sound is very echoey at times and the quality for the price isnt a good ratio. The earbuds are bulky and dosent really fit in your ear good either. If these earbuds were $50-$60 they would be a good earbud. The best earbuds I have found for around this price is soundcore.

Sound quality seems ok, but it hurts my ears after wearing it for few minutes. It's not the silicon that's bothersome, the design of this earbud is just a bit too big. I can also hear wind noise when wearing only 1 ear bud which really bothered me. Will be returning this.

Tried on every size earbud and none fit comfortable. Settings are weird to try and pause the music/skip by pressing the earbuds. Sound is pretty decent but wearing them just turns to having to readjust every other minute so they dont fall out.

The overall sound quality and feel of the earbuds is pretty good. However, the earbuds will NOT charge. No matter how hard I try or how fully charged the case is, the earbuds will never get past a 10% charge. I’ve had many wireless earbuds, and even the cheapest of them were less frustrating than these. Good quality, when they work. Unfortunately I can only listen for five minutes at a time.

These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If the charging issue still persists, please contact our customer support.

They sound good, but I cannot get them to stay in my ear or pause/play reliably. Also simply trying to grip them is a challenge. I'll spend more for another set of airpod pros.

Qaulity of audio is good, but doesn`t hold in ears. Even 1 small movement with head and it will fall out.

I'm actually returning them today. They keep falling out of my ears. And when I sometimes touch them while in my ears, the music pauses. It's awkward. I also don't enjoy the fit inside my ear. I will buy another brand today.

I bought these earbuds because of the sweat and water proof rating and the reasonable price. It led me to believe that they would be good for working out. I was sadly disappointed. They are not great for working out. They are not noise canceling. I turned and tried these multiple ways to fit properly in my ears. They were just not a good fit. The earbuds feel out of my ears quite frequently.

Terrible fit in the ear these are constantly loosening up and/or falling out. Noise cancelling is not very good at all and the slightest tough of the buds changes whatever is controlled by that particular side, even if you are just adjusting them to fit back in your ear. Not very good and I would not recommend these.

I just got these today. Used them at the gym with the right gels to fit my ears. The sound is way low even with the sound turned all the way up and the noise cancelling on. The top opens easily snd one of the buds fell out in my pocket. Needless to say i will be returning them tomorrow.

Bought these for my dad. Ended up returning them. They dont fit well amd very uncomfortable. They will fall out of your ears.

They sound good except I’ve had them for about 2 weeks and the left ear bud has already gone out. I’ve had 2 pairs of JBLs that this has happened too.
