They stopped working within 3 months they don’t charge the case does but not the buds

When i picked them up and got them out the box only one headphone connected and worked in the charger box

While I love the earbuds themselves, my case broke about 3 months after purchase — even though it sits on my bedside nightstand most of the time. Not sure what happened, but the 2 pieces that broke off are the thinnest parts of the case. It still charges, but it’s a pain.

Bad product, only useful for a month, traveled to Guatemala and back and is not charging anymore

Will not pair with my Apple iPhone 11! After multiple attempts, now it’s nonreturnable!!

These headphones negatively affect the madam to JBL are of poor quality. The sound is bad, the connectivity worse, but the worst thing is that shortly after buying them they do not recharge is a problem, they lose the charge quickly and it is difficult to charge the battery.

I really wanted to like these. I have never tried JBL before but this will be my last time. The first pair I had, I used maybe 5 times over a two week span. After which, the right earbud sounded like bass boosted trash. I could not hear anything from it. It sounded like I was a teenager jamming to hard rock on full volume for weeks on end. I am guessing the speaker got blown or something, even though the problem occured overnight while in the charging case. When I put them in there, they were not like that. I was able to exchange them for another pair and these worked fine for maybe a month. Now, they won't charge. The case is fully charged, I have cleaned the connector points to ensure the buds are seated properly. They just won't charge. Wasted money. Terrible experience, will never buy JBL again. I do not recommend you buy this. Even if you get it on sale, it's not worth it. I got it on sale as well. Not worth it.

I have found these earbuds to be very disappointing. They often do not charge when placed in the case, but the noise cancelling feature works well. The battery life is also disappointingly short. Overall, I would not recommend them.

They actually work and sound great, but every time I use them I get an outer ear infection. I thought it was a mosquito bite in my ear at first and let it heal up but then wore them again and same thing, blistered and fluid outer ear canal. I washed them and cleaned them good and tried them again for an hour after I was all healed up and took them out. My ears started to itch and get red again. I looked it up and it's not simply an allergy to silicone or something simple, I have zero allergies and no problem with ANY other earbuds, it is only these, as there are other people experiencing the same with JBL wanting them to sign a "standard" waiver to not disclose it before they will give a refund. Like I said, they work and sound great, but I can't use them.

One of the earbuds wasn't working but I could see for the one that is working it has a great noise cancelation. Also it fits well in my ears. I bought also the JBL vibe and it didn't fit well, too big.

Good sound quality. Controls are mediocre, no volume control on earpieces. Repeatedly fails to charge, even after following JBL's cleaning instructions. This includes the original pair and the replacement pair I got

Wanted to upgrade to these from a cheaper pair. Really frustrating that the right one never connects properly and a couple times neither of them charged in the case. Definitely cannot recommend.

The ear piercing disconnect will physically hurt your ears, but don’t go by what I say, go ahead and buy a pair. You’ll find out what I’m talking about. The JBL flip5 speaker connectivity sucks, also. I was under the impression JBL/Harmin audio was high quality-not so, in these cases. Contact me JBL, so I can get my money back.

I feel like the volume is so quiet I can’t even hear with it all the way up. They also fall out constantly. I’ve tried every ear bud suction cup and they still don’t stay in. I hate the buttons on them too. They fall out so much I had to turn off the controls bc it would pause my music putting them back in and not hit play again when I touched them again. Most frustrating head phones I’ve ever had. I hate them so much lol

Great quality but poor sound. The earbuds come with ear adaptors to fit your ear.. I tried all of them and the earbud keeps falling out. These are not for me. The cancellation part is not true.. you can clearly hear when you have them on. The volume is poor. Dear JBl please hear our feeback.. $60.00 is not a good price for these.. more like $20.00. Your better off getting some earbuds from Burlington.

I thought they were decent, sound was good, then I went to the gym and they wouldn't connect with the actual case it comes with (had left in my car) and that was a done deal for me to return.

These things are TERRIBLE. Get your act together JBL. They rarely charge correctly, and they constantly connect to my phone while in the case charging . I have always had good luck with JBL product but these are a FAIL

Worked great for couple weeks then now after it’s too late to return right earbud won’t work and case doesn’t charge other unless it’s plugged up. Now I have to go through warranty with JBL.

i HATE these earbuds. For one, they are very difficult to get out of the case. Second, the touch controls on the earbud are so sensitive that any time they are touched, just to move or adjust them it either turns the phone off, or mutes it, or does something else. I almost never write reviews, but thought it important to share this.

These lose connection with your phone almost constantly. And you have to continually turn off the Bluetooth and turn it back on again and hopefully they reconnect. With the different adapters they do stay in your ears even under heavy activity. The battery only lasts about 3 hours before you need to recharge them.
