Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help with your JBL Tune 520BT. Try adjusting the volume on your device from 75% to 100%, check your EQ settings, and on the JBL Headphones App, check if the Max Volume Limiter is on, as this feature prevents raising the volume too high for your safety. After that, try connecting it to another device. If you need further assistance, please reach out to our customer support.

We bought these headphones for my daughter, and after juat a few days they started to fall apart. These aren't bargain basement headphones but, they're not top tier either. I thought they would last longer than they did. I'm glad for having protection on everything that I purchase from best buy.

Even though these are supposed to be soft on the ears based on the design they are actually very uncomfortable. I have tried giving it time with hopes that it will feel more comfortable on my ears. No luck so I’m going to have to return these.
