The lid of the case doesn’t open far enough and the only exposed part of the ear buds is round. Getting them out of the case is very difficult. The sound quality is poor compared to a similarly priced cempetitor. No low range unless you really cram them into your ears, but then they loosen a little and you loose the low range snd volume. (Yes, I tried the different size plugs they provide). I ended up customizing the plugs to make them fit tighter in my ears. The noise cancelling is pointless. It seams that if you have the noise cancelling off the ear buds create white noise, and when you turn it on it stops making white noise…. I’ve been happy with JBL speakers before, and I was hopeful these ear buds would be good too, but they aren’t.

HORRIBLE!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. The case will not hold a charge. It blinks a couple of times and then goes black. I’ve gotten better quality faux pods from the hospital gift shop. DO NOY WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

I usually love jbl earbuds but these were the worst I’ve had. They were clear yes but at full volume I could barely hear anything. I ended up returning them.

Disappointed with the purchase of this product. The peoduct is not worth the money. I purchased it due to its ANC feature but these earbut dont work on call when you are outside. Unable to cancel the outside noise even a light blowing wind disrupts your calls. As far as fitting is concerned they fell off my ear off and on, always be very careful of not getting the buds do not fall off my year. Was not expecting this low quality phone from JBL. Would not recomment to any one.

I rate these ear buds as poor. They are uncomfortable in the ear. They say they have a microphone: They do not. They have a hard time staying connected to my computer where none of my other bluetooth devices have any. The volume is too soft, and the battery lasts no more than 3 hours. Not recommended.

The volume on these are dull , it really difficult to hear when you making calls as well

Not happy with these at all. They're too large - hurt my ears. Noise cancelling only works when using both buds. NOT just one. Would NOT recommend

I have $5 headphones that are better than these things. The junk total rip-off. These people should be arrested for selling these headphones at the price that they have, and they have to know their garbage, they've been selling them for how long and how many people have said what I say

Poor quality does not respond to touch when answering calls or listening to music. reviews are misleading.buyee beware.

I would have never brought these earbuds if I knew you had to download a app for setting them up who have time for that $&#% or you want sync and start listening and they don’t sound all that

These earbuds didn't last a month. The volume was low barely hard my music.

Used them for about three hours before I figured out the contacts to charge one earbud were faulty from the factory

They never worked at all just a waste of money! I charged them for a few hours and went I tried syncing them to my phone I had no luck. I tried other devices as well just to ensure it wasn’t my phone that was faulty but still had no luck. Save your money and pass on these.

These ear pods are not what I expected. There is no bass & the sound is very low. These aren’t worth the price.
