My purchase from Best Buy was smooth, and I appreciated the updates on the arrival of my package. My problem is with the earbuds themselves. The right earbud never connected. I called JBL in hopes they would help me troubleshoot, but it sounds like it was just a defective product. I’m annoyed because I have to return it which means I have to look up Best Buy‘s return policy and or send it directly to JBL. It’s an inconvenience I now have to add to my to-do list. On top of still not having earbuds! While I likely wouldn’t recommend this product solely based on this experience, I’m still going to replace the same earbuds because overall I do like JBL products.

The battery only lasts about 6 hours, and the headphones keep falling out because they don't fit properly in my ears. I tried the smaller ones, and they still fall out.

Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL Vibe Beam 2 has up to 10 hours with ANC off and up to 8 hours with ANC on. This may vary depending on volume and music content. If the speaker doesn't meet the advertised playtime hours even at low to mid-volume levels, there could be a problem with the battery of the unit. To achieve the best seal and secure fit with your JBL Vibe Beam 2, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. Good headphones with good price. I did have a hard time connecting to the JBL headphones app, which will let you mess with settings to headphones for example eq ,noise cancelation.so I ended up calling JBL tech which they sent me instructions of how to get it working. I did follow instructions & had it working for a few days but unfortunately I'm still having issues w connecting to JBL app. They do connect to my Bluetooth tho. I do have a the iPhone 17 pro.

Pretty cheap feeling and quality but it sounds okay and there is definitely better items in the market but for the price i paid it was alright.I just recommend buying something with better quality but if you have a habit of loosing your earbuds then they are cheap enough to have and use

Bought these to replace some cheaper JLabs earbuds I previously had and overall pretty disappointed. The sound quality is fine and noise cancelling worked as expected. They do however constantly fall out of my ear despite trying the three different sized rubber covers and trying different positions in my ear. About 2 months after purchasing the right earbud just stopped working. Takes a charge and it recognized when connected to my phone but produces no sound.

I’d give it one star but for less than $40, it’s not bad. It’s a temporary fix/replacement at most. The Bluetooth takes forever to connect and disconnects randomly. The volume also changes randomly but still isn’t loud enough. Doesn’t cancel any noise. Regular wired headphones are better.

The sound quality for these earbuds is terrible and the product fails to produce a noise-canceling effect. I've bought random, cheaper earbuds from Amazon that provide better sound. The earbuds' design is poor, resulting in them constantly falling out of your ears. I really enjoy JBL products and consider most of them high-quality, but these earbuds are just bad and absolutely not worth the price.

The reason why i brought these headphones was for gym to workout they easily come off no matter what u do.....and also the volume is not loud thats what's i was looking for on these headphones cause i had read the reviews and the reviews i read was good...but the reviews was a scammed

I regret buying this item. It keeps coming out of my ear each time I wear it. I may not be lucky enough in one day when I might not find it. Poor design and not the best of sound either.

The sound for calls is good, to listen to music not at all. Sounds like an AM radio, sound is so weak.

These ear phones are probably better for phone usage and not music listening. Sound is clear for calls but music is so tinny it distorts it.

These ear buds have poor quality sound. Even though they are a cheaper earbuds, I expected more from them being they are the brand JBL. I was disappointed in the quality.

Not worth the money, they keep on slipping from ears. The noise cancelling mode is also not efficient.

To switch from Ambient Aware to Active Noise Cancelling on your JBL Vibe Beam 2, tap the left earbud once. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

These headphones are uncomfortable and I always got complaints from people that they couldn’t hear me well when using them while on a phone call. I would look for other headphones, honestly.
