I thought these were going to be a better cheap option but should have spent more money on something quality. They’re fine for the price point but don’t get very loud, don’t fit well in your ear with any of the ear pieces sizes, and noise cancellation hardly works.

Sound quality is good only when, the super annoying ambient sound is disabled. Especially, when using mono mode (one earbud). When using both buds the ambient sound mode "noise cancelling" makes it sound as if you are in a studio room. Back to the annoying ambient sound. It can only be disabled but the phone app. Therefore, you connect to computer or video game system or TV you need to have it connect to the phone at the same time. The earbuds super dual connectivity.

I'm a big fan of jbl products but these noise cancelling earbuds aren't as loud as the reviews say. The noise cancelling part is kinda low also. Meaning I can still hear other things when talking of listening to music. I thought these would've been great for me at work, but I'm kinda disappointed in them. Case is wonderful. Size is great also. It's just functionality is not as great as I hoped for.

These have a clear sound, but I wish these earbuds were louder and or had more base. It's an ok set of earbuds, but I wish they gave out more oomph! The batteries seem to last a long time though. The noise cancelling seems good enough.

Headphones are comfortable to wear, and the sound quality is ok. The highs and mid-range sounds are clear and crisp, but it lacks a good bass range. This makes your music and audio sound a little tinny. Noise cancelling works as well as expected at this price. If you're looking for Earbuds and you are on a budget, these will work, but its worth spending a little more to get that full rich sound

From my experience these earbuds seem to be a step back from the previous model even though they have more features. The sound is good and the earbuds are stylish but the touch controls are not as responsive. Mic quality is decent for phone calls.

It's an inexpensive headset compared to apple airpods. I got sick and tired of replacing my airpod pros every other year spending $200, so I opted into a cheaper headset. 1. Sound quality to simply cheap compared to apple, not JBL grade 2. Their app is pretty bad. Still not understanding why I cannot see my earpieces to manage. Not a great design in my opinion. 3. Battery life is prett decent (after one month of usage that is) 4. Bluetooth connection is pretty nice. I lay my phone in the charger and browse in my two story home and I can have chats pretty decently. 5. Noise cancelling is OK but not suberb Overall, it's an OK headset and you get what you paid for. Will I buy this again?: probably not

These do sound good. It would better if the volume could be turned up higher though. Unfortunately though, after a while I noticed they were falling out of my ears more and more often. Now I wear them sparingly…

Sound/quality was great at first. Until, the sound eventually went out. I think I had them for about 4-5 months before the sound started to get lower. Also, on FaceTime people could barely hear me and they would automatically put me on mute throughout the conversation.

I've had JBL speakers for years and expected that the ear buds would have similar benefits. They don't. Even using the "bass boost" feature off the app the sound isn't as good as two other pair of buds that I own, The one really good thing is that they do stay in my ears. A second benefit is the battery life is pretty good. The sound is clear but the tones are lacking.

At first it was good with no problem. Then now after 4 months of use, call volume no longer work but if I want to listen to the music, sound volume is minimal and not as loud as before. Earbud doesn't stay in my ear like it should fall off slowly. My previous model was firm on my ear even when I run or lay on the side. The old one I got not this model even was separated in half with the wire connecting still working.

Sound quality is okay, but the fitting of the earbud itself is not very good. The microphone is better than cheaper options but still leaves something to be desired especially in louder areas or in a car with the window down. On phone calls, people often had a hard time hearing me clearly. Though it's a small issue, there is no lighting bar to show you how much charge is left on the case. You have to kind guess when it's time to charge again.

They work fine, I would say average to a bit above. 3 to 3.5 stars. Good battery life so far. They just do not seem to have the same connection distance away from the phone and additionally the same volume and sound quality to some comparably priced earbuds I have had in the past.

Good budget earbuds, nice color, great built and design.

The documentation that came with ear buds was ridiculously not informative, and the buds are difficult to remove from the case. I was expecting a name brand to be superior to other lesser known audio brands. My previous ones which I lost had a lower list price, had superior sound, documentation and ease of case removal as well as returning the buds to the case.

I've had many JBL earbuds and due to the nature of my work, they tend to not last as long as intended. Usually a great experience, these are not. The noise cancelling isn't great and goes in and out. The bass isn't there like others, but it's what you expect at the price point. The mic for calls is iffy, and you have to raise your voice sometimes.

The sound is good and it’s very affordable, but they kept falling off my ears, so I had to return them. I ended up getting the AirPods Pro 3, and they work much better for me.

They have have great bass the only complaint is the ear buds dont really cancel all the noise, especially if you work in the shop other than that they are great for the price they are at.
