Jeff Zagers - Still Alive - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

2015 . Jeff Zager's southern roots have traversed a broad spectrum of outsider music from his blown-out noise collage work on Chu's InchMusings TrillInch, the left-field electronic productions on tag 100% Silk, avant-garde solo drum performances, to harsher realms of the knob-twisting noise scene. His pallete of synths, drum machines, guitars and sax, pivoting around clear vocal melodies found on Still/Alive recall instrumentally-explorative recordings by Grimes or Majical Cloudz. Still / Alive was recorded in Savannah, Georgia. Voice & melody monitor this recording of rural pop. Jeff Zagers plays drums, keys, guitar, bass, alto saxophone, drum machines (programming), and voice for your listening pleasure. Album Tracks 1. The Double 2. Fortaken 3. A Nimbus 4. To Replenish 5.
