This is a lovely Jennair cooktop which I purchased after years of experience using Jennair cooktop. I upgraded this one too. The looks and feels is great. This cooktop is excellent in design and quality too. It alerts with red light if the burner is hot too. The downward draft vent works superior then upwards vents. You won't go wrong with this product.

I always check negative reviews first and the complaints were upkeep, basically. Glad ignored them. Purchased a ceramic cleaner day and 18 months later mines still look new. Cooks Super.

I purchased on December 5th, it was delivered on-time January 4th. I installed and turned the Cooktop on....and immediately notice defects in the glass/ceramic top. I sent a note to JennAir on January 16th asking for help / support....NO REPLY as of today January 30th. As of today....I would not buy another JennAir product. The attached picture shows imperfections in the glass/ceramic, appear to be little white bubbles in the glass on the only element used...(Less than 20 minutes when the picture was taken)

Originally started with the same cooktop but with four heating elements. This unit comes with five heating elements and it is well worth having. The all-black stovetop sits well in our kitchen. Very dependable product

This heats up well, it has a simmer burner that I am so pleased with. It is very pretty. You must stay on top of cleaning or you have a smudged stovetop.

Like the cooktop but not thrilled the way the burners aren’t identified when they are hot. There is a light saying top is hot but does not designate which burner it is.

Have had purchased this cook top when we moved into our home in 2016. And we replaced it in 2024 with this same exact unit. We cook a lot and feel we really got alot of use out of it.

Looks great and works even better. This is a high quality professional cooktop at a good price.

I replaced my 42yr old JenAir cooktop with the new Jen Air 36” electric downdraft cooktop, I love it !! It’s awesome!! Easy to use and easy to clean!

This cooktop really shows all marks. You have to be careful and only use smooth bottom pans.

Stove is okay. Shift in cooking, a bit odd in temperature regulation. The availability was not remotely close to what was advertised and wasn't clear until after purchase.

Jenn-air is a good name , but the top glass broke after 11 months

Purchased in October and just getting it installed on Jan 28, 2021 if its not canceled again... too bad they didn't cancel the three payments I had to make even though I didn't have the appliances.
