BIG DISSATISFACTION!!!

I purchased this range and got big dissatisfaction. Bestbuy sent technician to install conversion kit, done but 2 out of 4 burners still do not work properly. Then technician had to find another technician but still can not find anybody who CAN FIX THE ISSUE. So up to now I can not use my stove, still not working properly. Really BIG DISSATISFACTION!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
