Downdraft range works fabulously! The glass top is easy to clean following the manufacture instructions and overall I am very pleased. The actual installation was also great, the team knew what they were doing and were very respectful and careful. Scheduling the installation was a pain in the *** Our range was delivered two full months after purchase date and after multiple reschedules. The last two times it was rescheduled, we didn't even get a notification, I have to check the website. That was aggravating as we bought and paid for a new range to replace one that wasn't working properly and then any plans we made had to be changed until it finally was delivered and installed.

This range with down draft is awesome. Instalation was a bear!

This review is not based on performance. I have no idea how this unit functions when installed. This review is for anyone looking to replace their existing JennAir range. Be warned, your existing ventilation system won’t line up with this upgraded model from JennAir. Our old JennAir was the best. It lasted several decades before the ventilation blower motor malfunctioned and couldn’t be replaced. That model had side cutouts for duct connections. The new model can only be connected to ductwork from underneath or behind. If your house wasn’t built with this type of ductwork in place, and if you’re not doing a full remodel, the downdraft ventilation very likely can’t be connected. This was incredibly disappointing especially when we contacted multiple contractors who didn’t want anything to do with such a project. The second part of my review is for Best Buy directly: your employees who participate in the chats should be better informed. If not, they should at least be honest. I was assured by more than one Best Buy employee that I’d have zero issues connecting the new unit to the existing ventilation of my current unit. In the end, we returned the unit and resigned ourselves to the loss of external ventilation in our kitchen.

We’ve waiting for the delivery of this range, we roughed it for over 3-4 months … delivery kept getting postponed / backordered. I think in all we had 4 different delivery date during that time, with all the struggles in trying to make meals without a range we survived, and it was well worth the wait… we LOVE our new range, ty ty ty

So far so good, unit has been in for two months, I did the install of the down draft myself works great much more draft to the outside.

This s a very high quality stove. Love the design and air fryer built in it.

This is my third jenn air range and I am less than impressed with this iteration. The stainless steel finish is hard to keep looking nice as it absorbs oil from fingerprints. There is also the matter of the ultra sensitive touch plate for the oven controls. If you barely touch it or lean across to place a pot on a burner all your settings change such as temperature. It has messed me up baking many times. For such a pricey product it is not well designed. Also it is inconvenient to have both large burners on the front of the cooktop. It is difficult to reach over a large pot to stir or place a smaller on in the rear. I also am not a fan of glass cooktops as the pots and pans slide around very easily and it is hard to keep clean even when the recommended cleaner is used. If I didn’t need a downdraft I would trade this for another but since only two companies make them I am stuck because changing to the other brand means extra installation issues.

Replacing the previous center downdraft Jenn Aire range should have been simple. the new Jenn Aire central downdraft required a certified electrician to upgrade to a 4 prong plug, but even worse the floor had to be cut to make way for the new positioning of the downdraft vent.

This is a beautiful range with a powerful downdraft fan. It was very arduous to install and took about a day of retrofitting our HVAC to make the fan fit. Overall the range and cooktop work well. I am a bit disappointed in the air fry feature, maybe I haven't quite mastered it yet but it doesn't get food as crispy as I had hoped. We are generally happy with our purchase.

Love the features. I didn't know it was also an air fryer also, so that was an added bonus. Love the look also, but the top is very difficult to keep clean.

Love how quickly the burners come on and how quickly the oven works with convection and heat control

This item had a dent when it was delivered and the delivery guy sent you a picture. I could choose either a return or a reward I chose a reward since I had to cook and couldn’t wait for another week. It was supposed to get reward in a week after delivery but it passed three weeks already and didn’t get any notice from best buy. I don’t know why I had to say this again. I dropped by best buy twice and why do I write this?

Excellent performance to date. Burners heat quickly and oven cooks promptly and evenly. Top is easy to clean.

I did not get a discount by getting a credit card. I had to pay $112.99 in interest because the stove was delivered after the charges on the credit card. I did not get a refund by installing the stove myself. The credit card does not show that I paid the balance in full. I have submitted these problems before and nobody has responded. Please reply. The stove is working great.

We are very pleased with our new Jenn air downdraft stove. The installers very exceptionally good and did an excellent job. We are very pleased with our overall experience.

This range has been a great upgrade of our 35 year old JennAir downdraft we replaced. Use the Affresh cleaner as recommended as it works the best. It works the best by applying it like you would car wax, let it dry completely, then wipe off with a microfiber towel. I use a stainless steal cleaner by spraying on cloth and wiping down the stainless steal surfaces. Baking and cooking as been spot on!

Paid a lot of money. The burners are slower than a coil stove and glass top is hard to keep looking nice and clean. It a headache

This is our 3rd JennAir kitchen range. Its early yet but I am confident we will be satisfied.
