Customer Ratings & Reviews

Excellent sound and fit. Sadly I couldn’t get it to be seen by the JLab app I have for a different model of JLabs. Seems there is no app for EQ. Four stars as the app is merely a perk.

I've purchased like 5 earbuds over the past 2 years because I love them so much. The minis i used to keep on my keychain and always lose one so I switched to the go pop+ and love them just as much!!!

Must read quick start guide to operate properly... ROFL

Great earbuds and this is the third pair I purchased. Definitely my go to earbuds and affordable

Have tried repeatedly to connect left earbud to Bluetooth. Does not connect. I have one working earbud. Nice.

I bought these headphones about a month ago as a joke... I love that we don't have to o34le43 or im

I bought it four days ago and came three days later. Amazing sound quality, it fits comfortably in my ears. Amazing headphones for a really good price. Very happy with my purchase.

Love the product nice fit in the ears convenient charger

Excellent product. Connects easily and has good sound quality.

Works well so far, great sound. Had an issue with the earbuds charging all the way, but a reset seemed to fix it. I’ve used them just about every day for a week and besides minor disconnects, they seem pretty well made and designed.

These earphones are the best. The sound is good the quality of the music is superb. These are the only brand of earphones I buy regardless of the style.

I have 3 pair and love them so much. I did buy a different brand for lounging in the pool. Just so I wouldn't ruin my jlabs. 😁

I bought them a long time ago and I charged them a few times and their battery is very good with a long duration

I love the fact that these have a closed cover on the case and they are so lightweight and comfortable. The sound is fantastic. I only wish I could get them more easily out of the charging container for some reason my fingers make it difficult.

I bought this a couple days ago and the right earbud doesn't pair or make noise

For two years I’ve had two pairs of JLab Go Air Pops and I use them for many hours everyday. I’m a landscaper and listen to podcasts all day long to the point of running the batteries dead and have to have two pairs. I just ordered two new pairs in addition to the ones I already had. My overall positive thoughts: 1) The sound is consistently great. 2) The design is compact and I can easily fit two pairs in my pocket. 3) The built in usb charging cord is genius. I never have to hunt down another cord. 4) The buds fit snuggly in my ears better than most other brands Ive tried. Overall areas of that could be improved: 1) My number one annoyance is that they are difficult to pull out of the case. The earbud plastic has no texture to it, especially the newest pairs that still have shiny plastic. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve dropped them trying to pull them out. 2) The super compact size makes them cumbersome to use with work gloves, even the gloves with finger grips. 3) The battery life has gotten less and less over time. When I first got them I could listen all day without charging. Now I’m down to around 3 hours in each set I have. 4) The buds don’t always connect to the pins when placed in the case, meaning they don’t always charge correctly. Overall, they’ve been awesome ‘work horse’ earbuds that have worked consistently well. I’m even to the point where I feel weird when I leave home without them. I literally have them with me all the time.

These are great and work alot better then the regular air pop

The "tap" on these headphones are so annoying and rarely ever do what they claim to. I've tried triple tapping these, on both sides, at differing speeds, and they either, do nothing, or do another unrelated action. This system is so overly complicated for no good reason. It honestly would've been better to just, have an app compatible with these to adjust all of these. The most they should've had is a tap for pause and that's it.

These are perfect. High quality and inexpensive. Very easy to use and have a long battery life.

I bought them for workouts on my bike trainer back in January, I now use them as my main earphones. They're fantastic value for money. Strong audio, great battery life, and a great compact charging case that's easy to pop the buds in and out. For me, the buds sit nicely in my ear (a slight twist on inserting them is perfect. I find they form a tight seal and cut you off from the world. The main downside is the controls. Maybe it's fat fingers but I don't get on too well with the single tap/ double-tap/ accidental tap! I find it easier to control things from my phone. But that doesn't stop me hugely recommending these. They do a fantastic job for £20!
