These earbuds are difficult to remove from the charging case; I have to use force to get them out, and even then, they often fall out of my fingers! I have to tie a wire to each earbud to get them out of the case. Also, if I use these earbuds during exercise, they suddenly fly out halfway through, which is really embarrassing! I had a previous pair of these earbuds, which worked perfectly, but they stopped charging, so I bought the same model again. However, this redesigned version is completely unusable! Unless you're just sitting quietly, they easily fall out of your ears! They're too small and keep falling out, so I have to adjust them by hand, but I often accidentally touch them, causing the volume to suddenly change or the program to skip to the next one. Besides the sound quality being okay, they really have no advantages.

I bought these in Jan 5, 2025 and they just died last night despite regular everyday use and no damage. Battery won’t charge over 20%. Aside from that I’ve liked these earbuds. They connect to my phone quickly, they’re comfortable, and sounded really good. I’m really disappointed they stopped working. The cheap JVC buds I had before these 4 lasted years.

So these were a regrettable purchase. They both charge at the beginning but within a few weeks, right outside of the Return window, they just stop charging. First the right ear bud then the left. And before that I only got about 3 hours per side, I’ve had better no name ones. It seems like the magnet in the case is not strong enough to hold them in place to charge. You’ll see the charging light stop flashing, then if you hold them tightly in place it starts to flash again. I’ve attached a picture of how I can get the left ear bud to charge, the right no longer charges. I’ve tried cleaning charging contacts as well. They sounded ok while they worked, but 10/10 not worth it.

I am just shocked at how this has 4 stars on here. I know it's only $30, but still I have had free earphones with better sound quality. Clearly, none of the people who recommended this have ever tried on a pair of Airpods or Bose or Beats headphones. Forget about highs and lows, it just pumps air to produce some vibrations that's about it. Earpieces are really deceivingly bulky and just feels awkward when put on. The only thing this product has going for it is that it offers nice colors. I haven't returned a product faster than this before.

The pair I received in the mail had a problem. The right earbud did not work. Then I noticed the volume didn’t go very high. The sound quality also was not good. No bass and the connection had issues even when my phone was in tow. I’ve had the Apple AirPods and they’re everything. You definitely get what you pay for!

It was a good item until it wasn't... Now these darn things keep unpairing from each other and it is such a battle to get them coupled again. I get frustrated and want to throw them against the wall!

I wish i could review this item but BestBuy sent me an empty envelope. They even put the the lithium battery labels. The delivery guy handed me the package, it felt light and even i opened it, it was empty. Note to bestbuy warehouse guys, next time put the item in and then seal the envelope

Would not buy these ever again. Piece of junk. The earbuds continually have problems. One day they both work and charge just fine. Then out of no where only one will work and charge. Then all of a sudden a few days later the other starts working again and then a few days later the other one stops working. I have read other reviews after this happened that this is a problem for a lot of people. Have been on Jlabs website and they say it is a pairing problem. Well if it was a pairing problem that would be one thing, but when one of the earbuds is dead and won’t charge you can’t pair it. You can see from the pictures that the one that has the white light is working the other one is dead. If you put the ear bud in the docking station it should light up. Middle picture won’t light up so no charge, the other one that works it lights up when you put it in the charging station. My wife is having the same issue with hers. I didn’t follow my own advice you get what you pay for. Stay away.

Waste of money! The left one says 90% battery life then dies in less than 10 minutes. Ive left it in the charging case for hours and even plugged it in to charge. Disconnected and tapped 7 times... nothing works.

This bad review starts with the case. While easy to flip open, it immediately wants to snap shut like a live clam. Pulling the ear buds out of their sockets is extremely hard as well. They are held in magnetically, which sounds good until you try to wrestle them out of the case. I don't understand why it's so hard but after a dozen times of dealing with it, I'm ready to throw them in the trash. The sound is decent but the tapping volume control is not intuitive so you'll forget quickly how to do it. The fit is OK and they do stay in my ears pretty well. Connectivity is hit and miss. The Bluetooth connection can only be made when taking them out of the case. If they don't re-connect with your device on the first try, then you have to put back in the case, wrestle with them to get them out, and then re-establish the connection with the device. Sometimes that means forgetting the head phones and starting over. The built in charging cable is kind of smart but also a little awkward.

Connects differently to different hardware such as iphone, tv, laptop. It's like trying to figure out a rubrics cube except there is no rhyme or reason and it's more difficult . It sometimes disconnects out of nowhere. Sometimes it connects when in its case. It's so temperamental therefore frustrating. Now they buds aren't charging consistently. Right bud connects and says Full. Five minutes later it says Low and then disconnects! I've cleaned the connections, checked seating, and all sorts of weird stuff that reminds one of how ball players wear their caps funny to change a game. I can't wait to get a hammer and smash them into little bits. I wouldn't accept a replacement nor upgrade because the software is doggerel. Minor complaint, it's hard to extract them from their case. Maybe I need suction cups on my finger tips? Everything else about them was great!

The ear buds sounds good and it connect to phone with no problem. After a while it stop connecting to phone. Next thing you know only one ear bud will work. Then it will take turn, one will work. Contacted JLAB, about the issue, was told try resting the earbuds. Did that and still have the problem. Went back to exchange JLAB for a new pair. The sale person stated I should get the Samsung Galaxy earbuds, at least it compatible with my flip phone.

On march 6th my husband and i purchased an oven in cash,then they told us it would be delivered on the 24th.on the 23rd they said it would be delivered in april so we cancelled the order and has been having trouble getting our cash back. So now we have no cash or oven. We dont want or will us the gift cards they sent us.we want our cash.

Unfortunately, these are not useable. The sound level jumps all the way up very suddenly, even when sitting perfectly still. They will also skip tracks, pause, etc. without being given input to do so. We have another pair that doesn't do this, so it seems to be a malfunction with this pair. The fit and sound quality is very good aside from these flaws, but unfortunately, these things make them unusable, particularly since the sudden increase to max volume is dangerous and quite painful.

I bought these to take on a business trip for the plane ride. Used them for four hours while flying to my destination and 4 hours again flying back home, and they worked great. Nice sound, held their charge everything was good. Fast forward to today, ten months later and the right ear bud will not power on. I tried all sorts of trouble shooting from tapping the left one seven time while in the charger, to charging them over night. I know the right ear bud is charged because when I hook it up to my DMM it has the same voltage as the left one, so there is something electronically wrong with the right one preventing it from turning on.

These headphone are disappointing in many ways. I have had cheaper headphones out perform this one. The headphone are hard to keep in your ears, constantly falling out, and trying to fix them either makes you accidentally hang up on a call or skip to the next song. The worst thing is the connectivity issues, with both calls and music, unable to enjoy your music or have a conversation because the JLab keeps cutting off and on.

These are the kind of headbpohnes you get someone as a practical joke. The joke is they do whatever they want. Want to connect to your blutooth? Well it might but it might not. Want to change the volume by conveniently tapping on the earbuds? Well the joke continues cause it might work or it might not work. And even if it feels like working for you randomly, you better hope there is no outside noise or it will drown out these incredibly low volume headphones. You really do get what ypu pay for
