Very versatile. The magnetic feet are handy; more so than I thought they would be. My only complaints are the legs could be slightly longer. Also, where the head attaches to the tripod feels a little flimsy. It feels like it might easily break if you're not careful adjusting the phone's position. Thirdly, I think the unit is a tad overpriced for what it is.

Nice little flexible tripod for attaching to iPhone. Has a bluetooth remote that is very helpful when taking remote photos. Could have used much better directions and photos. Had to figure it out myself. The tripod legs could be a little longer or telescope for a better range.

I bought this for our trip to Yellowstone. We have a family of five and we always have someone missing from the photo unless there is a kind stranger nearby to get a photo of us. This worked very well for us, set up the tripod and hit the remote. Soon the kids were arguing over whose turn it was to use the remote to take the picture. Also comes in handy if you want to get a selfie without the extended arm look. I’ve found myself using it after our trip. Easy to set up for a pic lounging in the new hammock. If you ever have trouble pairing the remote with your iPhone or Android (I have both) just go into your phone Bluetooth Settings and hit Forget Device. Turn you Bluetooth off and back on and it will find the remote again and pair (make sure remote is turned on!). I’ve also been using it at work (restaurant) to get pictures of new dishes the chef is experimenting with. You’ll start seeing your phone photography in a new way when you own one of these. I also recommend the book “The Enthusiasts Guide to iPhone Photography” by Sean Dugan to take your photos to the next level. (I am not Sean Duggan and I don’t work for him, I’m just interested in taking better photos and videos)

.Joby gorilla pod series quality you'd expect. They seem great out of the box, while this one is, as expectedly, very small and slim, and the culprit of these are always these leg joints that is always going to break no matter what. it is only a matter of time and this one will look especially flimsy given its size. You just have to kind of treat these as disposables and expect that it will break sooner or later. Otherwise, the magnet was surprisingly strong enough to hold my s10+ with a case if legs are angled right and the phone holder mount is easy to use, etc. overall, I would say it is worth the small investment if purchased on sale, but would not pay more than $20.

Works with iPhone 11 to do what it should. Just wish it was t quite so expensive. The magnetic feet are versatile but the arms don’t wrap as tightly as I would like.

I had initially picked up 2 separate products to fill my needs when I rounded the corner to find this item. This came in at significantly less than the separate mount and holder I had in my hand. A quick glance at the stars only review online made it seem worth the gamble. This turned out to be a good choice/ This item easily holds the Galaxy S8 Plus in all kinds of positions with no fear it is going to drop. Obviously you have to know your physics and it has it's' limitations but with a little ingenuity this thing can get into all kinds of crazy positions to get the best, and very unique, shots.

This was a Bday present for my 10 yr old daughter. She has an iphone6 and always use Tiktok and viber with her friends and have trouble setting up her phone to stand upright while on video calls. She Loves it and using it all the time. This is light weight and easy to carry in small bags. Bluetooth remote control works great for photo's and best of all, price is reasonable and just right.

I've had other mini tripods before but they did have legs made from soft metal that would snap after a couple months. The ball joint design on the joby makes it super flexible but also durable.

The grip tight is exactly what I need and works perfectly. With the remote, no more having to edit out the frames showing me turning on and off the video.

Picked this up for my wife the photographer to use as she's bee looking for a way to hook to the tripod and have something portable. This one did both. It has threads that match standard tripods, so we used it to record the kids opening gifts on Xmas and to get a family photo using the bluetooth remote. The fold-able tripod is also great. We parked it in several locations to get different views and if the magnetic feet didn't get hold, it was easy to wrap the legs around and get things placed the way we wanted them. It also worked on small portable cameras, but as you would expect, it didn't have the strength to hold even a small SLR except on a flat surface. It's not a super-deluxe motorized unit that walks, but if fits the bill for most average users like me. Even my pro photog wife loves it.

I took it on our last trip- we normally don’t have someone to take pictures for us and this came in handy.. easy set up after you get the hang of it. The first time trying to connect it was a pain in the but- but the battery was dead -smh. But works great thou. Small perfect for pocket to travel with.

Very easy to position and reposition. Magnets are handy if metal is nearby and provide weight to stabilize the feet

The magnets are plenty strong with a soft cap to not scratch the surface it's mounted to. Easy to use and set up. Hold my iPhone XS secure with ease. The remote shutter works well most of the time but isn't completely reliable. Great when using an Apple Watch as a remote shutter!

This is a very sturdy stand that can stick to anything magnetic and also wrap around almost anything as well. It creates the opportunity for more unique shots when blogging or create YouTube videos.

and it is also magnetic making it able to utilize it in many places

The magnets are strong. The legs joints get a bit loose at times when they move a certain way. But overall it’s a good stand and I use it often

This mount by JOBY is sturdy, flexible legs make it easy to use, and magnets make it perfect to use to prop it up against metal objects.
