All four made the US Top 100 Albums chart, whilst in the UK three were Top 40 albums. The single 'When A Child Is Born' (from 'I Only Have Eyes For You') was a Christmas No. 1. To say that Mathis has had a long and distinguished career is something of an understatement, but this consummate professional deserves all the success, awards and plaudits that have come his way.
