Let me save you the headache I had to go through. This is false advertising at its finest. Take a look at that I actually got. Take note the cushions are a fraction of the size they are in the product photo. You might as well be sitting on the frame. Then entire thing is flimsy the fabric is low quality don’t and it’s turned into a mission just to try to return it. You would think Best Buy would vet their 3rd party market sellers. Guess not.

The item looks good, fabric and color are OK, but the cushions are not plushy at all, they come vacuum sealed and once opened, they don't expand as much as depicted even after a week of letting them settle, so it ends up being a hard and uncomfortable sofa. Return is a pain, Best Buy will not accept it in a store, I lost half a day going back and forth to the store and in calls where the CSR told me the item could be returned at any store and the store employees said they couldn't accept it. I ended up taking the item to FedEx. My advise is to NOT purchase marketplace items with Best Buy, they will not help you.

This couch was nothing like the picture. Best Buy needs to pay attention to who they let sell on their website. I do not want to buy from Best Buy again. The couch wasnt fit for a child to use. This place was very dishonest and I had purchased this for my moms birthday. So, I was very unhappy. I had to contact the seller, which isnt on Best Buy now and go back and forth to get some money reimbursed. I would have to pay a fee to have it returned. Never would I purchase any items like this from Best Buy.
