We had a J5 for 14 years and it finally gave out. We bought my parents a J5 and they have had it 13 years. I never used the milk attachments as I am mostly a coffee or expresso person. This E4 is NEXT level from my J5. The frinder the brewing mechanism is far superior to the J5 which we loved. Im giving it 5 stars with just one little complaint. There is no small led light to illuminate the cup area. I noticed it right away brewing in low light. No big deal, otherwise perfect. Best coffee that i have ever had!!

The Jura is so far a great machine. It makes a much better espresso than the last automatic machine I had. Best buy makes it very easy to buy and interest free payments. My prior machine wasn't working and the Jura arrived very quickly! I have only had it about 3 weeks but the cleaning process appears to be much easier than others as well. Very happy!

If you truly love your lattes, espressos, or just want an effortless iced coffee at home, don’t hesitate—this is the one. Absolutely amazing and worth every penny. By far the best coffee machine we’ve ever owned!
