I was lucky enough it came in good condition with zero scratches and zero dents. At first I thought I saw some scratches but that’s just how the box is designed to look like. Overall I’m happy with it. It had great potential to be 5 stars. Only issue is there is zero protection when I got it. Best Buy, You need to put some bubble wrap or something to protect these steel boxes. Their pretty fragile, and can bent easily.

Great collection of movies. The box case is metal and inside it has slots made out of foam padding to place the steelboks in for easy and soft storage. The cover art on each case is awesome with each steelbook showcasing a key dinosaur from that cases movie.

Im really happy with this set. The presentation is great. I got #20 which is pretty cool. Upon delivery my package had no protection inside which is normal for Best Buy thankfully i had no damage.

This is the perfect gift for the Jurrasic Park lovers in your life. I bought this for my husband and he absolutely loved it. Beautifully packaged, and the movies have never looked better on the small screen.

Beautiful looking set. Being a big fan of this franchise and never having any of the movies in 4K, this is a great additon to my collection. Lucky that it came in great condition.

Such a nice looking steelbook box set, and even if half the movies aren't great, the other half are either masterpieces or close to it.

I received this item damaged due to substandard packaging. Went through all the headache of chatting with several agents and a supervisor. Said they couldn't replace it and said they would give me a $13.00 gift card to keep the item or i could send it back and get a refund. It's sad when thats the best Best Buy can do for a customer.

This is how much Best Buy cares about making sure their customers purchase gets to them securely and undamaged. And the kid they had at the counter couldnt care to be bothered to even attempt to get me a replacement. This is quite typical for Best Buy nowadays. Im glad theyre getting out of the steelbook business. They dont deserve our money.

Like everyone else here, my collector's case arrived scratched and dented. I should have listened to the other reviews and not ordered.

This is all 6 steelbooks in a metal custom case. My case came very scratched up and a small dent from shipping. Actually looks like issues with the paint? A little concerning. Also included all 6 movies via digital code. The jurassic movies have meant so much to me and this feels like the true ultimate collection on 4k. I am very happy to have picked this up but wish the case was better.

I have been waiting for this collection for a long time as a SteelBook collection. To my dismay, this ultimate collection arrived loosely in a box twice its size with absolutely no protective packaging. The amount of rolling around this must have done in the box resulted in a dent to the outer steel case. As others have mentioned, it appears that this arrived with a number of scratches, but upon inspecting the steelbooks inside, it might have been the result of insufficient ink or it was (poorly) designed that way. Despite the condition, I am still fairly happy to have finally added these movies to my collection. It's unfortunate that Best Buy will no longer sell movies, but maybe other Steelbook retailers will handle the products better.

The only gripe I have was the shipping method. The metal case is not very strong and it was dented and looked kinda messed up upon arrival. I was able to nearly completely fix the dent and managed to squish the outer case back into shape. Great news is that all of the steelbook cases are perfect. Really, y'all just need to put some paper or bubble wrap in your boxes when the product is half the size of the shipping box. If this had been more dented, which I could see happening to anyone who gets this shipped from Best Buy, I would have shipped it back.

look, I already have these movies, took me a while to make myself get the last three because I don't like them as much as the first one and third one, but anyway, this is a cool steelbook set to have in my collection and I don't regret buying it. Eventually I'll have a 4K system to see what everyone is talking about with that and atmos, but thats way down the line and another story. If you don't have this, just buy it when you get a chance.
