Q: Does this have apple carplay?
A: This model radio does not have Apple Carplay. You can look at the the DMX4707 that does have this feature.
Q: I understand there is no integrated GPS, but will it display the GPS from the phone?
A: You can mirror your phone via Kenwood app however the screen quality sucks and the image will be significantly smaller than your phone screen!!!

A: Yes, you would need your own backup camera since it does not come with one.
Q: Does it work with Android Auto?
A: No, it will mirror your Android phone but not great. I would recommend a different radio.
Q: Does this play video YouTube on screen mirroring
A: It does just not very well. Ive seen 3 yr olds with tablets that have better screen quality
Q: Does this Receiver display phone Navigational apps such as Waze on it display screen
A: No it does not, very basic unit, but works well!
