The coffee itself is good. The outside of the box was fine. However when I opened the box one of the French vanilla pods had split open & there were coffee grounds all inside the box. The same situation happened last year when i ordered the same product. I took it back to the store last year & they said because i opened the box they couldn’t do anything about it so i didnt bother trying this time. Never had this happen from anywhere else I’ve ordered this. Disappointing!

I love my morning coffee, this product goes perfect with the Keurig coffee machine maker we bought. Nice different choices and they all taste great. Amount of K- cups for the price is great! Love this Brand and different options to choose from. Elizabeth
