After owning at 5 different Keurig coffeemakers, this coffee maker was a disaster not once but twice. While preheating, the coffeemaker would run at least 4 ounces of water. No hot water button was pushed. I returned it for another and it did the same thing again. In addition, one of the tab buttons for adjusting the time is stuck. And the settings button is stuck. This is s beautiful coffeemaker with all of the settings and features I want but I will not buy another coffeemaker from Best Buy. This one is going back, too.

Got this Keurig on 4/30/2022, and by August 2024 it was leaking and completely unusable. This is my 3rd Keurig, and every one has had leakage issues. I’m moving on from this brand and not wasting my money on them any longer. I suggest you do the same or continue to waste $150+ like I did!

We loved our former keurig but sadly it was not repairable. This one should have been the same model (if not slightly better), and yet we have been sadly disappointed! For starters, it seems to say “low water level when the water is still almost half full in the container portion. Very annoying to have to constantly fill it even though, in reality, it has plenty of water to make several more cups. Also, the water lid has to be taken off completely each time you need to fill it, and our old one had a flip top that you could leave in place and merely open to add water. Next, the amount of coffee that is dispensed on the “largest” cup size doesn’t even fill my mug to 3/4 full and barely just reaches a half a mug. And next, and most annoying of all is the racket that comes from the machine! It is so ridiculously loud, it’s insane! For one, it sounds as if there is zero insulation so the water heating up is loud… Beyond that, the motor literally sounds like it is grinding and scraping as it brews each cup! For the noise alone, we are going to be contacting Keurig for a replacement… And lastly, I ordered this color because of how pretty I thought it would look in our kitchen. It does, from the front… if you see it from the side, which tends to show a lot from where it goes on our countertop, the entire side of the machine is black. Makes it look cheap and cheesy! I spent way to much on it to have the function be so poorly designed…

This is my third Keurig....after seeing all the great reviews I figured I'd try them again...very disappointed. I have only had it 4 months and between my husband and self only drink a total of three to four cups of coffee daily and like all the others they don't perform. It only delivers 1/2 cup of coffee and you have to run each cup through two cycles. I even use the weekly cleaning pods and do the scaling to no avail.

I wanted to love this Keurig, but within 20 minutes of use it kept tripping our breaker in the kitchen, nothing else was running. It must have tripped it 6 times within those 20 minutes. Also the box didn’t come with pods, as if someone took them out and resealed it. The build quality is very poor compared the older Plus Series which is a solid build minus the touch screen issues here and there. This unit also did not dispense in a stream but rather kept shift right and left so I had to move the cup to make sure the water didn’t spill. Like I said I really wanted to like this, but coming from an older Keurig this one did not make the cut at all. Maybe their next design won’t be poorly built.

Originally purchased June 27, 2020 and replaced on July 11, 2020 because the machine kept shutting down and would not brew (when programmed). The replacement was then replaced again through Keurig when it the “add water” monitoring didn’t function and it would continue to try and brew even with no water. When the replacement came with the same problem I’ve just accepted the fact that it would never wore me when I was out of water and kept a better eye on it. Now, today out of the blue, in less than two years, It has now stopped turning on at all. I know it is getting power because I can see the time and program settings however when you press the power button it will not prepared to brew. It’s such a waste of money. My last Keurig survived nearly ten years. Very disappointed. Don’t waste your money.

I have had this coffee maker one week. I love the coffee, but the problem is it is tripping the circuit in my kitchen. I know it is the coffee maker because I had an old keurig that never did this. I have another week to decide if I am going to keep this coffee maker. How does Keurig sell coffee makers like this? It is so annoying to buy something and have an issue like this. I had my first keurig for about 14 years. So disappointing, I have tried surge protectors and am hoping this doesn’t happen again, but I can’t wait long to see before I return the appliance.

This review is about the price, best buy's third part vendors should not be trusted, I bought this item and a couple of days later kuerig put it on sale for like 70 dollars cheaper , I was assured by best buy there vendor would do a price match and they refused

scale builds up in the clean water reservoir over time [ even after changing the water weekly], then when you go to clean it with a cloth or soft sponge the clear plastic scratches and looks old and dull upon first cleaning for the rest of the machines life. this only gets worse after each cleaning. if not cleaned it gets white and then moldy over time. this new machine also leaks clean water when turned on periodically. I had an original brewer which did not have these issues and was much cheaper before.

My Kuerig, purchased from BestBuy, stopped working on day 21. This was a replacement unit for a Kuerig that I used for 5 years. My issue is not with Keurig but rather Best Buy. Most stores offer 30 day exchange while Best Buy only allows 14 days.

This is the 2nd Keurig that I've bought in less than a year that has just stopped performing as it should. This model shuts off after adding a K-cup, selecting a size. I open the area where the pod goes and water just goes everywhere after it's shut off. IT doesn't seem to be fully piercing the k-cups. Wouldn't recommend.

This is my second, and worst, Keurig coffee maker. The first one also purchased at Best Buy had so many issues I had to get rid of it. This one I've only had and used for about 3 months and now after the first descaling the coffee tastes horrible. The Descale light never came on after three months of heavy use so I'm assuming it is broken so I descaled it yesterday. A nightmare. After following the directions, which I'm used to by now, I had to do several more cleansing brews to get rid of the cloudy water. That was yesterday and today none of the coffee brews taste good and it took several more tanks of water to finally get clear water. However each cup of water has some residue in it that can be seen floating on top of the water. After cleaning it with a small portion of liquid soap (Dawn) it still tastes terrible. I give up. Since I have the Geek Squad warranty on it I'm taking it back and may just get a regular old coffee maker. I'm stick of Keurigs because they are high maintenance and too much work to clean. Unfortunately I just made a large order for Keurig coffee pods so I may have to try to cancel it or give them away. I like Keurig machines, but I'd like to get one that works. This is the last one I'll buy from Best Buy since this makes two that were defective. Either this store has bad merchandise or they're getting all the rejects. I am thinking the Descale light was broken which is why it never came on and could account for the bad-tasting coffee because it was long past due being descaled and probably ruined the machine. I blame this on poor manufacturing and testing prior to being shipped to stores. I never could figure out why that Descale light never turned on. Another broken Keurig. Keurig makes lousy products that aren't worth the price.

At first it was telling me to add water and the tank was half way full. Now it will not make coffee. It keeps turning itself off. Had my old Kerrigan for many years. I was happy with it at first but not now. Definitely a lemon.

I have had this Keurig for only 3 months. It started spewing hot water all over the counter for no reason whatsoever and now it will not turn on. This unit was pretty expensive to last only 3 months!

My 1st Keurig lasted 4 years. Replaced it with a K Elite and only got 1 cup of coffee and the 2nd just put out cold water as soon as I turned it on and wouldn't stop until I turned it off. Replaced it with the same model and it worked 4 times before doing the same thing. replace that one with the cheaper K Select classic which worked for 8 days before doing the same thing; unbelievable.

Purchased this model Keurig because it was the most expensive and appeared the highest quality. Upon receiving it felt light, and cheap but I was able to look past that. Now, less than 2 months later, I can't even make a single cup of coffee with this unit. When attempting to make a coffee, it shuts off as if a fuse is blown inside. I am extremely unhappy and would not recommend this product to anyone.
