Was excited to buy this beautiful coffee maker in Brushed Copper to match my other copper appliances. Unfortunately from the start, there were issues. Directions left a lot out, though having had Keurigs before, I figured it out. There is an option to set water temperature from 187° up to 192°. As I like hot coffee I chose the 192°. I did the cleaning brew cycle set for 8 ounces, however I noticed there was no steam coming off the water and instead of 8 oz, I only got 6 oz. The water temp was only 154° per 2 thermometers. I repeated the cleaning brew cycle again and the same thing happened. 6 oz and 154°. This morning I tried to brew a cup of regular coffee with a K pod and utilized the 10 oz setting, making sure the temperature was set for 192°. Instead of 10 oz of coffee, I barely got 8 oz, the temperature of my coffee per 2 thermometers registered in at 172°, not even making it up to their lowest temperature setting of 187°. Not only that, the coffee was extremely watered down. I threw out the coffee and attempted a second time, getting much the same results as the first. So basically, I wasted 2 pods of coffee and ended up with a lot of disappointing frustration. I contacted Keurig over the phone, and got a representative I could barely understand. He took my information and told me we could troubleshoot the issues, but that he had to figure out how to do that, and placed me on hold which after 10 minutes, it disconnected me. I contacted Keurig back a second time, and got someone whose accent was so thick that I couldn't understand her, nor could she understand English. She was not sure of some of our English alphabets, how to spell them, or how to pronounce them, and it took almost 5 minutes for her to understand how to spell my name, which is very easy to begin with. She repeated herself numerous times and I finally got so frustrated, I hung up the phone. I called Keurig back a 3rd time, and demanded to speak with a representative in the United States. Once that happened, the call went smoothly. She walked me through the steps of troubleshooting the issues of low water temperature, not filling up to the amount of ounces needed, and weak, watered down coffee. Unfortunately, none of those troubleshooting steps took care of the 3 issues, and so it was deemed by the representative the coffee maker was indeed defective. My options were to start the replacement/return proceedings through Keurig, or to take the coffee maker back to Best Buy telling them it was found to be defective. As I have had numerous different Keurig coffee maker models before, I know all too well that they have issues with proper water temperature and if they have problems in the very beginning, brand new out of the box like this one is, they will continue to get worse. Sadly this coffee maker will be going back to the store and I will never purchase another Keurig again. They just aren't dependable, and it's a gamble as to if it will work well, or for how long. Way too expensive for these consistent issues.

I replaced my old Keurig after 5 years that still worked with this one so I could have the iced feature… this one broke after 2 years, and I took care of it… it seems like it’s built that way now. I wish I never got rid of my old one.

Its ok, thats about it. All of the new Keurig machines are turning into junk. This one slows WAY down when you brew a 2nd cup..takes forever for it to finish because it turns into a slow run brew, then a drip. The last machine which was only 2 years old, started doing the same thing then just stopped working. After this one, we won't buy another Keurig machine and will go a different route. Sad you spend this much on a "premium" machine and its junk out of the box...

This is my 3rd Keurig coffeemaker I am not liking the new design and it isn’t as well made as the others I have had in the past For one thing, to see the water level you have to walk around to the side to check it The older models had the water level visible from the front The other issue that I don’t like is that the top of the water tank has to be taken completely off to fill The older models had a 2part lid so you could just lift the front of the lid to fill with water without taking the whole lid off I won’t be buying another one when this one wears out

We've had this coffee maker for about 18 months. Everything was great. It did exactly what you would want it to do, and I liked the coffee. Until it stopped working. An 18 month lifespan isn't long enough to justify buying this.

Fir this price can be better, in the morning my countertop was in water, It was 3 times in two weeks I tried to call best buy and they told me they can help only if i will return it and they will charge me a fee because it was used already, I don’t have any change just to leave with that.

This Keurig like the last one is horrible when it comes to the noise level while warming the water as well as brewing the coffee. IT does warm up and brew very fast, but man is it a loud machine.

This is my third keurig coffee machine. I loved my last two. Unfortunately they didn't last through the warrantee's and the last one had to be replaced. I bought the extended plan so I had to get the new version since the one I loved has been discontinued. I had to pay an additional $30, since there was a price difference. I didn't really care, but I regret getting this one. It will be the last Keurig I purchase. The coffee is so weak that it tastes like tinted water. I loved all of my keurigs because the taste was perfection. Even on strong, this new "elite" coffee maker makes nothing more than watered down brew, even with the strongest type of coffee pods. Get a different brand, as it seems keurig has begun making horrible products. I read reviews after this purchase thinking mine was broken even though I have the temp at its highest 192 degrees. the reviews are fair to horrible. Wake up keurig, there are lots of options out there.

crap.. its crap... I've had 2 K classics before and they were great, this thing is junk. Wasn't getting the water hot and dispensed 1 oz more water than it was supposed to in every setting, therefore every cup was watered down. Customer service replaced it but the second one is doing the same. I'll end up disposing of it I guess and buy another K Classc

Well, this coffee maker lasted a week longer than the 1 year manufacturer's warranty. It worked good until after the 1 year mark. I guess in total if you think about it, if I had 2 cups of coffee every day for that 1 year, I paid $0.25 for every cup to have this coffee maker. I don't mind the price but more of the inconvenience. You would think a coffee maker would last longer than a year.

Display does strange things sometimes. I can’t clear it without going through all the settings either. I wouldn’t make this purchase again!!

The only thing i don't like about this coffee machine, is you have pushed a button on top of the machine to warm up your water in the revisor, if you want a cup of coffee. No paperwork came with the machine, I called Keurig, they told me, just to look it up on their site. Also I went back to Best Buy, to see if they could get me some instructions, for this coffee Machine, they told me the same thing Keeurig did.

1. Opaque front of water reservoir makes is difficulty to determine the water level. 2. Water reservoir is too small -- almost requiring fillup with every cup of coffee brewed 3. Control buttons directly on top of unit making them invisible if unit located on countertop beneath wall unit handing cabinets 4. Uni control buttons should be more slanted to permit vistion from directly in front of the units as opposed to standing directly above the unit

I’ll start off by saying I only bought this because my last Keurig went up in smoke while descaling it after one year of use. This one so far hasn’t been great. Only had it a couple months and it went from pouring an 8oz cup to maybe a 5oz cup. They just keep getting smaller. It’ll be my last Keurig.

Sadly, this coffee pot didn't work out so well. the reservoir started leaking while the unit wasn't being used. I had the store warranty as well as GEEK squad protection allowing me to return the unit for replacement,

If you don’t mind paying a lot for watered down everything this item is for you. It’s well made and has some nice stated features; however, regardless of what your choices are the only thing to be guaranteed of is a watered down mediocre end result. This is a very disappointing item with the exception of hot chocolate which turns out decently.
