Have to say that I've become a fan of coffee, now, since I got my first Keurig a few years back. This is a great machine, love the design, the color and options it has. It's great that it has a timer to turn on and off (this is much useful for an office or if you are that coffee addict that thinks that a coffee on an empty stomach, is the best) but, I don't really use this option. It's fast, love the option for STRONG coffee, makes the flavor stand out even more. The only down side I can find, is that I don't know if it's because Keurig wants to save money, or they are really thinking about the planet but, the plastic feels weak. My first Keurig felt at a good quality material and sturdy. I had to buy a second since my first broke, and that second one the plastic felt so cheap, so light that you might think of carrying it carefully since it might break hehe... and it broke only a few weeks after. Lucky for the BestBuy's warranty service, I was able to return it and got this one. Now this one, the plastic does not feel as cheap as my previous one, but, it's not as sturdy as the original ones. It's still a great machine, the looks, works and everything so, it's not a deal breaker, just wish it had a bit more quality made if you know what I mean, since it's not a cheap machine. Been using it for a month now, and only once it dripped a bit more water after removing the K-cup. So far, no issues.

Love it. Easy to use, but sometimes says it needs water when the tank is full and have to remove and reinsert the tank for it to work. Other than that works great.

It’s works well overall. I find that the coffee doesn’t come out quite as strong as I like it, but it’s not a bad machine. I’ve had several Keurig over the years, and I’ve generally been happy with all of them.

Had my old Keurig for about five years before the needle broke off so I decided to go with this one, and I love it extra water storage quiet and my daughter loves being able to make her own iced coffees

This is a great little Keurig for the price! Love it, but one thing is my travel mug won’t fit under it, however, my travel mug won’t fit under any I’ve ever had before. So, love it, just love it!

Great coffee maker and doesn’t take up much counter space. Very easy to use and only have to fill water bay twice a week in my home.

As good as a Keurig gets. A good durable style with options. Would buy no other instant coffee maker.

I like it ok, but I prefer my 2.0. My 2.0 has been converted to make a pot. This one can only make a small cup at a time. It allows travel size but it takes several pods unless you want weak coffee. I use this one to perk a flavored cup then add it to my pot to give it a kick of Carmel or vanilla etc.

I replaced our old Keurig about a month ago. The only reason this isn't a "5" is because we are still learning all the new bells and whistles. Also my wife says it takes a little longer to brew than the previous model if but only we are talking about seconds.

I purchased the Keurig K-Elite Serve K-cup Pod Coffee Maker in Brushed Silver, and I'm thoroughly impressed with its performance and design. I decided to upgrade from my old Keurig that faithfully served me for 5 years, and I must say, I'm delighted with my choice. The brushed silver finish gives the coffee maker a sleek and modern appearance that fits perfectly with my kitchen decor. Its compact size doesn't take up much counter space, which is a definite plus. As someone who values both aesthetics and functionality, this coffee maker satisfies on both fronts. One of the main reasons I chose the K-Elite Serve is due to its reputation for longevity. As someone who enjoys a daily cup of coffee, I've learned the importance of regular maintenance to ensure the machine's durability. I wholeheartedly agree with the sentiment that if you keep these coffee makers clean on a regular basis, they can last for a very long time. It's a small effort that goes a long way in preserving the life of this investment. The convenience of using K-cup pods cannot be overstated. Whether it's a busy morning or a lazy weekend, the K-Elite Serve offers a quick and hassle-free brewing experience. The variety of coffee flavors and beverage options available in K-cup pods means there's always something for everyone. The brewing process itself is impressively fast, and the coffee always comes out at the perfect temperature for immediate enjoyment. The strong brew option is a great feature for those days when I need an extra kick of caffeine. The large water reservoir minimizes the need for constant refilling, and the removable drip tray makes cleaning up spills a breeze. In conclusion, I am more than pleased with my purchase of the Keurig K-Elite Serve K-cup Pod Coffee Maker in Brushed Silver. It's a reliable and stylish addition to my kitchen that consistently delivers a great cup of coffee. If you're looking for a coffee maker that not only brews excellent coffee but also has the potential to last for years, then I wholeheartedly recommend the K-Elite Serve. Just remember to treat it to regular cleaning, and you'll be enjoying fantastic coffee for a long time to come.

I had to replace our old Keurig quickly and chose this model. It has taken a bit getting used to. It works well and looks nice but you can tell the quality of construction isn’t the same. The water reservoir doesn’t seem as deep or built as sturdy as the old one. As with everything I think companies are using cheaper materials. We use it 4 to 6 times a day. It’s easy to program and also does iced coffee. I like Keurig they are very convenient and our last one lasted for 6 years. I hope to say the same with this one.

Much quieter than my old Keurig. Many more options for beverage sizes. Don’t like the water reservoir. You can’t see how much water is in it unless you move the unit to the side. The reservoir is also difficult to reset in its dock.

Brews fast and coffee flavors are good. Coffee does seem to cool quickly so drink it right away. Refilling the water reservoir is awkward if you remove it from the unit and try to replace while full. Found using a pitcher of water and pouring it while the reservoir remains in place to be much easier. Like how everyone can choose their own flavor.

After my Keurig 2.0 died of old age, I looked around for another Keurig that could brew loose tea in an adapter pod. On the surface, the K-Elite might not seem to be suitable since it wants to be a FAST coffee brewer. Tea, on the other hand, needs a few minute for the leaves to steep. The work around is to make two brews from the same pod. For a 10 oz. cup I place the loaded adapter pod in the K-Elite and press the STRONG and smallest (4 oz.) buttons. I wait 1 or 2 minutes, raise and lower the cover, and then press the STRONG and next larger (5 oz.) buttons. That may seem a little complicated, but for making one cup of tea it involves a lot less "stuff" than traditional methods. Here are the approximate times for the STRONG brew settings: -- 4 oz.; 40 seconds -- 6 oz.; 56 seconds -- 10 oz.; 1:15 minutes -- 12 oz.; 1:33 minutes -- 14 oz.; 1:44 minutes You can see that you just select the brew sizes to match whatever cup or mug you are using. Looking at this, it is obvious that a version of the K-Elite with an added "TEA" button (there is plenty of space) would make this soooo much easier, but that may be too much of an intellectual challenge for Keurig.

This model is smaller and sleeker than the previous one we had. Takes up less space, heats up quicker, is quieter, and makes each cup faster. Also offers lots of coffee options. It seems to be made of much lighter materials than the previous one, which as long as it lasts it shouldn't be a problem. The K-cup pod compartment seems to be better and more secure. Overall happy with purchase, and operation of this model. Keurig Coffee makers are still expensive. Since, we really like the convenience of brewing one cup at a time, and each person able to have their favorite, we purchase despite the price.

Well I have been using keurig for many years now. This model is probably my least favorite out of the models similar to it. Don’t like the fact that the time display is on the top of the machine because you can’t see it if u are away from the machine. The other thing I don’t like is the cover for the water reservoir has to come totally off if I want to refill the water I liked the last one because it stayed on even if I needed to refill the water. My likes are it’s easy to use and it’s all a quick touch if you want strong coffee or just water in your cup

But, my removal of 1 star, and I actually believe I’m being generous here, is for the way Best Buy described and shipped the Keurig Elite. What I purchased was an “Open Box-Excellent”product. I’ve purchased many open box items over many many years, and from many different stores. That being said, until the past few years Best Buy was always the premier seller in this category, without a doubt. I don’t know about you but I always expected an “Open Box-Excellent,” usually a simple customer return in the original box but the box might be damaged, thus the discount. After going back and reviewing the description and doing some research, I realized the error is mine. Times have changed …people throw away the boxes right away then decide they don’t like it and return it for a full refund on Best Buy’s dime. Now I did get a big discount for this and realizing that was my error in assumption is not my complaint with the product or Best Buy for this reason. Although, I do believe customers would be better served if an actual full description of the product they are going to receive is listed online. It may save everyone some headaches in the long run. My problem with Best Buy is the way they packaged my Keurig Elite. They didn’t have the original box and they packed it in a cardboard Keurig box with bubble wrap, which in itself would be absolutely fine, but whomever tested the machine didn’t remove the remaining water that primes the tubing. It actually seemed like there was a lot more water but I really can’t imagine anyone putting an instruction manual in a water tank that still had water inside, can you? The manual was completely wet along with everything else inside the box. It was a complete mess. Once cleaned up it works fine so far…I wish I would’ve thought to take pictures or video but I didn’t grow up taking pictures of everything. It’s not my first thought or even my second. So, again great deal if it continues to work. Employees at Best Buy need some training or something..I don’t know. It wasn’t always like this.

I replaced my keurig with the exact same one since it lasted 11 years. Wotks the same, great coffee maker, the only reason it gets 4* is because ots no longer made with the light in the water tank. It was a very convenient option to peek as needed and not have to wait till last minute when the light on top comes on.
