Why did my K-cup explode when I brewed it? Grounds and water went everywhere: in the cup, all over the inside of the pod holder and down the outside of the machine. When I used a re-fillable pod, it works fine.

You can try this by placing the K-Cup pod into the holder and press down on the K-Cup pod to puncture the bottom before brewing to release this pressure. Can you use the My K cup with this unit?
